This hotel was off the main tourist strip, located on a hill that overlooked the lights of Branson. It was quiet yet close to everything we wanted to see. The "player grand piano" in the lobby was a nice touch. We were able to stay in a King bed/Jacuzzi room for less than $100 a night. The staff was nice and very helpful. They gave us a map of the town that contained many coupons for local restaurants and entertainment discounts. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 sons, ages 9 and 4, and both of our mothers for 3 nights. We had two rooms. The service at the hotel was very good. For example, one night we needed a small screwdriver to open a toy we'd bought and a younger gentleman at the front desk immediately obliged by opening the toy for us with his pocketknife and commented that he'd buy a new one for my son if he accidentally broke it. The lobby, breakfast area and our rooms were very clean. The only issue with our rooms was that they weren't "cleaned" on the 3rd night but the sheets were straightened and we did have fresh towels. If you want fresh sheets every night, this might be an issue. The breakfast fare was lacking as we had expected maybe some bacon or sausage and scrambled eggs. Only hardboiled eggs were served and no meats. There was some gravy for biscuits that had a little sausage in it. They had waffle makers and our sons really enjoyed those though. One of the main reasons we picked this hotel was the "heated" pool. However, on the two nights we tried to swim, the water in the pool was too cold for our sons and particularly us to swim in. The room that the pool is in was warm as was the hot tub, but to say the swimming pool itself was heated is very misleading. No, it wasn't icy but not warm either. We didn't complain to management as we should have as we were busy during the day sightseeing and going to the shows. Overall, we would definitely stay here again as the hotel has a "homey" feel to it but wouldn't want to swim there except in the summer.

My wants at a hotel are vey simple. I want easy check in and check out. A quite clean room and knowledgable staff. I want a reasonablely soft bed and an easy location to get to.

The Branson Towers fit my needs perfectly.
