This was a very nice hotel. We had been traveling for 3 days and the other hotels were not very good so we were happy to stay at such a nice one. Check-in\out was smooth, though the front desk people should smile more. They were professional, but not as friendly as they could be. We liked the pool, the breakfast, and the guest laundry. The hotel had easy access to so many different activities, esp. the Titanic museum, which was awesome! I was happy to see the extra towels in the rooms, since most hotels put in only 2-3. They are trying to go green so they installed a dispenser for soap and body wash. I would like to have the option of a bar of soap but not a major complaint. My biggest complaint was the bed. There was something wrong with either the mattress or boxspring, or both. When you sat on the edge of the bed, it would sink so low, it felt like you would fall off. I slept more in the middle of the bed, so I wouldn't fall off.
Other than that, we all liked the hotel and will stay here again.

This is a Christian hotel. The first thing I noticed entering the room was the Bible opened to the 23rd Psalm. Later, in the breakfast room, were more Christian elements including the music. The room was clean and well appointed. We had 2 queen beds, dresser and a table with 2 chairs. I loved the swing-out mirror at the vanity (one side is magnified) for makeup and hair. The continental breakfast had a wide variety from cereals, waffles, donuts, bagels, fruit to gravy biscuits and more. The beds were comfortable but not the plush that some hotels now offer. There were plenty of comfy pillows. We used the Wi-Fi a good bit. There was a nice size television, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The location is right next door to the Titanic Museum and Montana Mike's Steakhouse. The unpleasant experience of my trip had nothing to do with the hotel - traffic, but pick up Branson Landing flyer for alternate routes. I have been in 5 hotels this summer - all rated 3 diamonds or better and this was the best one (San Francisco, Fresno, Ontario, Wrightsville Beach and Branson).

Had a great stay, no problems. Indoor and outdoor pools and spas.
breakfast had all the usual choices plus biscuit and gravy, and waffles. Doors open to outside. Close to all attractions. Easy to use "Blue" route for easily getting around town. Great shopping close by. Nicely decorated rooms, beds could be upgraded.

We spent a week at the Best Western Center Pointe Inn. It was mediocre in appearance and size of rooms. It was in the center of town. But the traffic is so bad along highway 76 that it is a slow drive to anywhere unless you learn the back roads. The rooms were clean and service was prompt. We heard very little outside noise nor noise from other units. They had a continental breakfast; cereal, milk, a little fruit, packages of gravy you mixed with water, hard boiled eggs you could reheat. We ate breakfast out. There is a restaurant next door (Montana Jack's Steakhouse)that serves lunch, dinner. We had a pretty good meal there. There are multitudes of other places to stay that are away from central Branson. We just didn't know that when we booked this trip as none of us had been before. Beware crossing the streets on Hwy 76. For whatever reason crosswalks are few and far between.

We stayed 5 nights in July, 2010. It was very crowded, but also very quiet. We couldn't hear any of the neighbors, no doors slamming...Our room was on the bottom floor, had an inside door to the interior hall and an outside door to the side parking lot. That was pretty convenient.

I would suggest that you NOT let them give you rooms 127 or 128 because these 2 rooms are right by the indoor pool and everyone is going in and out the door right in front of these rooms. We were in room 134 about 1/2 way down the hall and it was fine.

The staff was great, room was very clean. We only used the breakfast about 2 times because it was so crowded. The pools on their site look HUGE, but, in reality they were pretty small and always crowded. They must have used a special camera to take pictures of the pools because they looked larger on the website than in person. One day the indoor pool was closed and the outdoor was super crowded.

I came to Branson for business but the hotel close to anything I wanted to do. The hotel is centrally located in the entertainment area of Branson, next door to the Titanic Museum and across the street from the Clay Cooper Theatre.

From the street view, the hotel appears to be an average hotel.. Once inside I found upgraded furnishings, large clean room, firendly and helpful staff and two pools (one inside, one outside). The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there is a full service restraurant and lounge which shares a parking lot with the hotel.

The hotel is a great fit for families traveling with children, offering a game room, two pools, parking close to the rooms and a complimentary breakfast. For the business traveler, I enjoyed having access to a fitness center, multiple food and beverage opportunities nearby, free internet access, complimentary breakfast and plenty of parking.

When returning to Branson with my family or again for business I look forward to staying at the Best Western Center Pointe Inn.
