“Mediocre but good location.”
Reviewed August 8, 2010

We spent a week at the Best Western Center Pointe Inn. It was mediocre in appearance and size of rooms. It was in the center of town. But the traffic is so bad along highway 76 that it is a slow drive to anywhere unless you learn the back roads. The rooms were clean and service was prompt. We heard very little outside noise nor noise from other units. They had a continental breakfast; cereal, milk, a little fruit, packages of gravy you mixed with water, hard boiled eggs you could reheat. We ate breakfast out. There is a restaurant next door (Montana Jack's Steakhouse)that serves lunch, dinner. We had a pretty good meal there. There are multitudes of other places to stay that are away from central Branson. We just didn't know that when we booked this trip as none of us had been before. Beware crossing the streets on Hwy 76. For whatever reason crosswalks are few and far between.

We stayed 5 nights in July, 2010. It was very crowded, but also very quiet. We couldn't hear any of the neighbors, no doors slamming...Our room was on the bottom floor, had an inside door to the interior hall and an outside door to the side parking lot. That was pretty convenient.

I would suggest that you NOT let them give you rooms 127 or 128 because these 2 rooms are right by the indoor pool and everyone is going in and out the door right in front of these rooms. We were in room 134 about 1/2 way down the hall and it was fine.

The staff was great, room was very clean. We only used the breakfast about 2 times because it was so crowded. The pools on their site look HUGE, but, in reality they were pretty small and always crowded. They must have used a special camera to take pictures of the pools because they looked larger on the website than in person. One day the indoor pool was closed and the outdoor was super crowded.

I came to Branson for business but the hotel close to anything I wanted to do. The hotel is centrally located in the entertainment area of Branson, next door to the Titanic Museum and across the street from the Clay Cooper Theatre.

From the street view, the hotel appears to be an average hotel.. Once inside I found upgraded furnishings, large clean room, firendly and helpful staff and two pools (one inside, one outside). The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there is a full service restraurant and lounge which shares a parking lot with the hotel.

The hotel is a great fit for families traveling with children, offering a game room, two pools, parking close to the rooms and a complimentary breakfast. For the business traveler, I enjoyed having access to a fitness center, multiple food and beverage opportunities nearby, free internet access, complimentary breakfast and plenty of parking.

When returning to Branson with my family or again for business I look forward to staying at the Best Western Center Pointe Inn.

We were able to get a first floor room, with outside access, which was really helpful for my aunt, who is disabled. We had two sinks - also a huge plus in this double room. The room was quiet, with very little sound from surrounding rooms. Thermostat fan stayed on softly, instead of clicking on and off. Great location, tucked in, close to all our show sites. Walked to excellent supper at Murphy's Steakhouse, adjacent to parking lot. Lots of parking closeby. Great indoor pool - perfect temp and size. Hot tub also available. Helpful, friendly staff. Bible in room, open to Psalm 23, with card that they hoped to offer us a home away from home, and asked blessings on our journey. Breakfast buffet practically perfect. Would like more scrambled eggs, sugar-free syrup, and instant oatmeal. Great biscuits and waffles! So glad to stay there.

We feature both indoor and outdoor corridors at this hotel. Guests appreciate the double granite vanities available in the queen rooms. This hotel is concrete constructed which makes it as sound proof as you can get. We offer a barrier free environment for guests with disabilities. Our properties consistently win awards for cleanliness and service. Many of our guests comment favorably on the open Bible in our rooms—with a card featuring “The Traveler’s Prayer”.

Trip June 28th - July 5th, 2010........Myself, my daughter, my brother and my step-mom. We had originally planned a trip to Florida, but due to the oil slick in the Gulf, seems alot of people headed to the Atlantic side and we couldn't find a room. My dad, step-mom and brother had been out to Branson the year before and had a great time, so we decided to go again. I had been to Branson 20 + years ago and I was amazed at the change. The hotel check in took, 5 minutes tops, our room was in the main building, but the distance between buildings wasn't that far, my car is a 03 Impala and you could put two of them end to end between the main building and the building right beside it, and the 3rd buidling is directly in front of the 2nd building separated by 4 employee rooms and the outdoor pool, hot tub and deck. The room (136) was clean and roomy, my only suggestion would be, they need new matresses, I've had 2 neck surgeries and they were a little too soft for me. We never had any issues with cleaning, towels were always plentiful, the fridge/micro were clean, and we never heard any noise from the inside hallway. The outdoor pool/hot tub were very clean. We didn't use the indoor facilities as it was in the 90's. We walked to just about everything we did. Getting out on 76 can be trying, but I never had any major issues going out of or into the parking lot. My daughter went down every morning for the donuts........she loved them. Air conditioning worked great, the bath room was clean, they have shampoo and body wash in the showers, it isn't too bad, but we always take our own. A trip to Branson Landing is a must and the Tangers Outlet mall down the road is also nice. The Hollywood Wax museum, House of Mirrors and the Castle of Chaos are great, the Belgium Waffle House across the street is a must for anyone who wants wonderful home cooked food.....it is absolutely wonderful. The Plantation resturant down 76 toward Table Rock Lake is a great buffet, Andy's frozen custard shop is a must......be prepared, the line is always very long.........if there is no line, they are out of custard, go back later. Branson is a great overall location for the family, but if you intend to go to alot of the shows/dinner shows.....be prepared to fork over big bucks...........for the four of us most of the shows/attractions we did were in the neighborhood of $25.00 - $35.00 per person, and these were not dinner shows, so it didn't include food.

We often stay in Branson, but this was our first stay at the Best Western Center Pointe Inn. Being so close to some major attractions, we wondered about the ease of getting in and out of this location. It was actually quite easy and close to every place we planned to visit on this trip.
This was the quietest room we have had in Branson. It was so wonderful to sleep in and not hear even one person going down the hall on their departure. We know our floor was completely full and we were so pleased to sleep in the next morning. I am sure many guests took advantage of the breakfast, but no noise in our hallway.
The room was very neat and clean. Large enough to relax and enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
The indoor pool was beautiful, and we saw several enjoying the outdoor pool as well.
Ladies will love the many mirrors placed just right in the room for hair and makeup.
The staff was helpful and very friendly. This was a completely enjoyable stay in our favorite vacation spot.
