“This hotel is so clean and the staff is so friendly every time we go there!”

We go to this hotel every time we stay in Branson. It is always so clean and the rooms are so comfy! The staff are so friendly and helpful. We love them there. The bathrooms are so great with a sink in the toilet area and outside the bathroom as well. The beds are so comfortable. The hotel is so clean. They have a hot breakfast every time we go. This is the place the place to stay if you go to Branson. It sits on Shepard of the Hills Expressway. Its right off the main drag. Stay here you won't be disappointed.

As I entered the lobby area to check in, it was beautiful and so clean. The people were so friendly. One of the best things was when I ask for a wake up call and got one from a person who was so friendly. It just made my day each morning. The breakfast area has anything you could possibly want, and the little lady in there was precious. Our room was spotless and I love the two lavatory areas. They were great for two ladies trying to put makeup on and do hair. We didn't get into each other's hair this way. I was so impressed when we passed the cleaning ladies in the hall and they remembered us and even what room we were in. We never encounter anyone that was not friendly and wanting to be sure our stay was plesant. I am planning a trip back to Branson later in the summer and have already told the group that we will be staying here.

One of the reasons we stayed at this property on this trip was that it was rated #1 by Trip Advisor reviewers and the rate was very comparable with other hotels we were considering. I would have to say we were not disappointed. The staff was very helpful at check in and acknowledged us as a Best Westerns Rewards member. The lobby is very well decorated and has plenty of seating for relaxing. The outside of the hotel is brick and the landscaping is attractive. The parking area is large and reasonably level. The lobby entrance is actually the 2nd level so 200 rooms while seeming to be ground level floors are actually the 2nd level of rooms. There are a four levels of rooms. We had room 318. The room was very nice, a king room that appeared larger than other rooms. It was an "L" shaped room with a wide entry hall way, a large sleeping area, flat screen TV and recliner. The HVAC is controlled by a wall thermostat, a nice touch. The AC worked very well considering the temperature was near 100 during our stay. The bath area was large with a jetted tub. Even though the sink area was outside the bath area it really wasn't in the room at all. The counter top area was huge and there was a small shelf running the length that allowed you to put toiletries up and out of the way of the cleaning staff.
We were there for 3 nights this time. The room was right by the elevator. I was concerned that we'd here elevator noise but that was not the case. I think we heard it once only. Somewhat surprisingly each morning we did here the shower from the room above. It almost sounded like a waterfall in the wall. Never at night, never waking us or or anything like that but once each morning. Housekeeping was fine. The room was clean. Sheets were not changed while we were there which I have no problems with. The bed cover was a bit askew when we came back the first evening but was ship shape the next two days. The small "do not disturb" sign had fallen to the floor by the door. It remained there for our 3 day stay.
The breakfast was fine. Sauage, scrambled eggs, gravy, cereals, waffles, fruit. More than enough to eat in a well maintained area. I was concerned the 1st morning because it was crowded due to buses but they moved people in and out easily and kept the food stocked. The next two mornings were not busy at all.
There is a gift shop with the usual items. But the nice thing about it is there is a ticket counter for area shows. No hassles, no time share promos, just an easy way to get tickets for the Branson shows. That alone makes the place stand out.
We checked out the pool area but did not use it. Honestly it was just too warm in there which was more a problem of the Branson heat than anything else. In the fall, winter, or even a normal summer it would be fine.
This is a Myers hotel, of which there are 6 in Branson. We didn't realize we had actually stayed in one last year. They obviously take pride in their properties. Staff was very friendly and cheerful in the hallways and when we left.
The hotel deserves it's #1 rating. I'd give it a solid A. It gets a grade of 94. 2 points off for the noisy shower above, 2 points off for the "do not disturb" sign remaining on the floor for three days, and 2 points off because the magnetic key cards would not always work for the exterior doors.
Overall Well Done

Room Tip: Look for larger rooms near elevator. Some rooms have flat screen TV's, some do ont.

We stayed here with family and had a great time. We loved the fact it was one road over from the main strip, this made it much easier on traffic. We always had turndown service, empty trash, and plenty of towels when we would return which is often hard to find. The staff was great and very informative. The continental breakfast was nice more options than just cereal however get there early because the tables fill up quick. The only issue we encountered was the fact the hot tub was down and someone had an issue in the pool which we are not sure how it was rectified but we did not return. Overall a good stay and would definitely go back.

This is the third hotel we've stayed with in Branson. We'd stay there again. Friendly staff. They have a great indoor pool that we had primarily to ourselves. Layout was the typical Best Western layout. Free breakfast was nice (except having Fox News blaring was annoying). Sheets and towels were very clean. Hair on the bathroom floor, a toilet that ran throughout the night, a lampshade dangling, and goo on the desk were the only things against the place.

I read the reviews on here, and thought the hotel sounded nice though a few were discouraging. When arriving, I was impressed and realized some reviews were a little exaggerated and wrong. The staff was very friendly, especially the lady that put out breakfast, and the concierge in the gift room was very helpful. The hotel was very clean, even the pool. Also, the pool was bigger than expected and the room in which it was located looked great. The game room may have dated games, but who goes to Branson for the hotel arcade games? It was in a great location and everything is easy to find nearby. The rooms are single rooms, meaning the tv, table, and beds in one room, with toilet and shower in a room near the door. Overall, the hotel was very impressive for the price, me n my roommate even got an extra night today because its so nice. Would stay anytime.
