“Expensive, but the kids loved it...”
Reviewed March 22, 2013

My husband took our four older kids, aged 7-12. There is a track for kids of all ages, and outdoor amusement for the smaller ones. Bumper boats and tons of different go-kart tracks in different locations. They also have indoor arcades, but I would not let my kids waste their credits on that. My kids spent their $140 go-card on several games of lazer tag and a few go-kart rides..1 1/2 hours of fun for 4 kids for $140, I guess that is not too bad!

“The Track on Highway 76”
Reviewed March 22, 2013

We arrived over Spring Break and the weather forecast was calling for cool temperatures. We were told when we bought our pass at The Tack, that they were always open, but the Woody doesn't run if it is wet or snowy. That would leave us with the arcade and laser tag and possibly outdoor mini golf if not too wet to be outside. So, we went ahead and purchased a large pass because we were going to in town for several days. Well, today is a dreary day and we thought it would be good to finish the pass and go play laser tag or games in the arcade, but to our shock all three places along highway 76 were closed because of weather. I understand that weather might close attractions but their employees need to give out the correct information. So, we are leaving tomorrow morning and not able to use our pass up and it will expire before I ever return to Branson again.

Thanks for visiting us over spring break. We definitely had some unfortunate weather that affected our business and the chance for our guests to fully experience our attractions. Once we received the 5" of snow the previous evening and through the night, we made the decision the day that we remained closed to use all of our resources to clear parking lots, sidewalks and tracks so that we could reopen as soon as possible. I wish that wouldn't have affected your spring break. I can only imagine that it was a disappointment for your family.

In regards to your conversations at the sales counter, we will use your experience to make sure we reiterate to our staff proper communication. We constantly tweak our training in this area, and early in the season is the best time to do it, especially with new employees. In most cases, we would have opened our indoor attractions with cold weather as they stated...it was just the extraordinary circumstances that made us stray from that plan.

Also, it sounds like you purchased the Go-Card. It's half-price buying power expires at the end of 2013, but any remaining credits (to get on the rides/attractions) on the card NEVER expire. We do our best to make that distinction, but it can be confusing. Again, that is a great training point for our staff in case there was any miscommunication there.

We do hope that you will be able to return when the weather is more favorable so that your family can use up your credits to make up for some lost family fun time. Thanks again!

“Great Fun Except...”
Reviewed March 22, 2013

We had a great time at the track in Branson Mo. We went to track 3,4,and 5. All the tracks were great. We had the most fun at the track with the new concrete 4 story track called Heavy Metal High Rise at track 4. We purchasaed the trak card for $120. Its a little on the expensive side but we did have fun . You also get 1 free custard at Andy's that was excellent and a 1 person free buffet at Pizza World that was OK in taste a quality. Both are located at track 4. You also get 1 free ride down some dragster thing but it was either broken or there was no one around to run it, so we just skipped it. The only negative was the bumper cars at track 4. My wife and daughter both rode in their own cars. Both their rides consisted of pressing on the accelerator, turning the weel with no movement the entire ride. Occasionally an attendant would give them a push and the car would roll 5 feet and coast to a stop. Their cars never moved under its own power. This was happening with multiple cars that I observed. They should have been credited for the ride but were not. AVOID the bumper cars...

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you had a great time overall. You and I have spoken, and we are addressing the situations you did have at G-Force and the Bumper Cars. I feel confident that most of the solutions have to do with tweaking our crew member training in those areas. We will also look into any other solutions we can find to make for an even better guest experience in those areas. Thanks again, and we hope to see you in the future!

“Loved It!!”
Reviewed March 21, 2013

This was the best part of our trip. We all loved the fun of the tracks. More than 1 workers should be at all of the rides, but because of the colder weather the lines were fairly short. We will be back for so more fun times!!

Thank you for visiting us and for your feedback. It sounds like you had a great time, which is the most important thing to us. I'm guessing that you were here this week. Apparently, our local schools (where we get most of our staff) need to do a better job lining up their spring break dates with those of our visitors! Although we were able to run our attractions to our safety standard, we do like to have a larger crew to entertain our guests. We are glad to hear that it didn't affect the fun factor for your family. See you next time!

“Best Go Cart Experience”
Reviewed March 18, 2013

There are three or four of these along 76 in Branson. We actually did two of them. The go-cart track is like driving on a roller coaster. You have family competition on a really unique track. We had a great time! Give it a try.
