The title of my review pretty much sums it up. But what do you expect from a Hilton?! (Of course I'm not used to staying at hotels this nice.) They were having a sale through their website and if you can get that it's great! The building is of course beautiful - very high, we were on the 9th floor (not even close to the top I don't think) with a great view. It's also fairly new so very clean, modern, etc. Great showers, nice bathrooms, big flat screen tv. No complaints except maybe the parking. The only parking available is a parking garage across the street that is $8 a day! It always seems rediculous to me to pay more for a higher end hotel and then they don't provide free parking. (I mean, come on, the cheap hotels provide free parking.. shouldn't it be the other way around?) And while I'm on this, they don't provide complimentary breakfast or free wi-fi either, like the cheaper hotels (again, shouldn't it be the other way around?!) Ok, moving on - anyway, they do at least warn you about the extra parking fee on their website when you book so it's not a surprise. And of course it's within walking distance of the beautiful promenade shopping at Branson Landing and the river which is always a bonus. So I guess if you have the bucks, the stay is awesome. I will probably wait for a better discount to off set all the extra's that don't come free. :)

We booked one of the penthouse suites as an anniversary gift to ourselves. It was equipped with a full kitchen and dining area. There was one bedroom off of the fully equipped living area, with a king size bed. One Bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. The living area and the bedroom were equipped with 55" televisions that could be observed throughout both areas. The living area had a fold out couch/bed for additional guests. Both rooms were ringed with "floor to ceiling" plate glass windows for an unforgettable view of the city and the river. The rate per night was $240 plus tax. The room was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. A minor dissapointment was that there wasn't a washer/dryer in the room. The hotel is well within walking distance of the landing and was well within walking distance of the local Starbucks (although it was very busy every morning-and did not handle a line very well at all). The hotel staff was very friendly at all times. The hotel had an indoor and an outdoor pool with an indoor hot tub. Ironically the outdoor pool was kept at a much better temperature than the indoor pool (which was freezing cold). The hot tub could accomodate about 4 people. The fitness facility was equipped with modern equipment, that had little wear and tear. The convention facility area was very expansive and could facilitate a very large conference if needed. The hotel had an upscale restaurant (never tried it though), and a bar on the second floor, just off of the main conference walkway. Overall, i would definately stay here again. The penthouse suite was well worth it for any kind of week/weekend outing.

Stayed for some shopping and shows in Branson over Thanksgiving holiday. We loved this hotel and the wonderful location. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Starbucks just across the street was very nice and convenient. Only thing unfavorable worth mentioning was the self-parking fee of $8, however, it is covered parking and attached to the hotel so there is some added value to that...

The hotel was conveniently located near "The Landing", restaurants and town. The room accomodations and meeting arrangements were excellent!

The only problem I see is the bar does not cater to the average age of the travelers staying at the hotel. At 51, I would say I was one of the youngest people staying at the hotel. The DJ was playing music (TECHNO or some such noise) that did not come close to meeting the needs of potential customers, most of whom walked in and rght back out when they heard the noise. I was with 2 friends. We all agreed much business was lost that night. A real problem from a business perspective.

I asked the DJ and the male manager for the evening if the music could be changed and was told "NO, that is what the owner wants us to play".

Unless the owner is in his/her 20s, I pretty much think they were not telling the truth.

Customer service/satisfaction were definitely not front and center.

We stayed in Branson in September for two nights during our trip in the USA. The hotel is perfectly situated at the Branson Landing. Should you not go for a show, you don´t actually need to leave the hotel in the evening, since the food and the atmosphere in the Hilton restaurant are very good. Afterwards if you want to go to the bar, yes, the ladies, who worked at the bar, were very friendly and service minded.

The vallet service was most friedly, and gave us very good information about the surrounds etc. What was a very nice gesture from the reception was the fact that there was no extra charge for the vallet service for the two nights. I had at that time "only" a silver vip by Hilton (after the trip I am now Gold vip!)

This hotel is very recommendable!
