We stay at this hitel frequently. Love this place. The balcolny rooms are wonderful. If you r part of hilton honors program beware of the free breakfast. They will try to upcharge you when you dont want to. The bkft is the.only disappointment in our stays.

This is the one reason I won't be back to this hotel. $10.00 for 24 hours? I can go to a Super 8 and get internet for free, F-R-E-E. Why should I pay $140.00 a night and not get this? The accommodations are no better than Drury or Hampton, that I can get for $100.00 plus the other things that are FREE.

Sorry Hilton, you blew it this time.

Thank you so much for providing feedback concerning your recent visit to our property. You expressed displeasure concerning the $9.95 charge for 24 hour internet access in the guest rooms. Please allow me to apologize that our hotel staff did not explain our free internet options to you. We do provide complimentary internet access in all of our lobby areas for our guests with laptops and we also provide a complimentary workstation in our lobby for our guests as well.

I regret this unfortunate incident and that our services were not properly explained to you. I do hope that you have the opportunity to visit the hotel again as I am confident your next expereince will be more pleasureable.

Sincerely,

Bill Derbins

The service was very accomodating, our room was great, nice location to restaraunts and shopping. Friends in another room had some sort of bothersome noice from the plumbing that kept them awake most of the time. Most of the convention meals were good - not outstanding.

Stayed last summer for a last minute weekend by the pool. I was upgraded (Hhonors) to a suite with 1.5 baths, kitchen, and balcony. Very nice room. Spotless. Great location, walk to everything down there. Short drive to Candlestick Inn restaurant. Pool was nice and big. This place is clean as new. Not sure how good of a value it is since I used points, but it is truly nice.

My wife and I celebrated our 10th anniversary at the Hilton Branson Convention Center. This included a stay over New Years eve and New Years Day. The hotel is very nice, very clean, very roomy. Our room (double beds) was immaculate every day, and everything seemed brand new. Beautiful hotel and decor. Downside is that they charge for wi-fi and even to get on the net in their business center. They also charge for parking, however we chose to park at the convention center lot which was free (althought its a block and a half or so to walk, you can cut thru the convention center). Be aware that they won't mention this free lot to you but will instead try to sell you on the paid parking. We didn't use the workout facility or pool/hotub, although they looked very nice. Restaurant also looked very nice, but again out of our price range. We we enjoyed the short walk to various Branson Landing restaurants. We didn't have much interaction with staff, but when we did they were pleasant. Overall this is a very nice hotel in a great location, but they charge for some of the conveniences that other hotels offer complimentary.

The title of my review pretty much sums it up. But what do you expect from a Hilton?! (Of course I'm not used to staying at hotels this nice.) They were having a sale through their website and if you can get that it's great! The building is of course beautiful - very high, we were on the 9th floor (not even close to the top I don't think) with a great view. It's also fairly new so very clean, modern, etc. Great showers, nice bathrooms, big flat screen tv. No complaints except maybe the parking. The only parking available is a parking garage across the street that is $8 a day! It always seems rediculous to me to pay more for a higher end hotel and then they don't provide free parking. (I mean, come on, the cheap hotels provide free parking.. shouldn't it be the other way around?) And while I'm on this, they don't provide complimentary breakfast or free wi-fi either, like the cheaper hotels (again, shouldn't it be the other way around?!) Ok, moving on - anyway, they do at least warn you about the extra parking fee on their website when you book so it's not a surprise. And of course it's within walking distance of the beautiful promenade shopping at Branson Landing and the river which is always a bonus. So I guess if you have the bucks, the stay is awesome. I will probably wait for a better discount to off set all the extra's that don't come free. :)

We booked one of the penthouse suites as an anniversary gift to ourselves. It was equipped with a full kitchen and dining area. There was one bedroom off of the fully equipped living area, with a king size bed. One Bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. The living area and the bedroom were equipped with 55" televisions that could be observed throughout both areas. The living area had a fold out couch/bed for additional guests. Both rooms were ringed with "floor to ceiling" plate glass windows for an unforgettable view of the city and the river. The rate per night was $240 plus tax. The room was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. A minor dissapointment was that there wasn't a washer/dryer in the room. The hotel is well within walking distance of the landing and was well within walking distance of the local Starbucks (although it was very busy every morning-and did not handle a line very well at all). The hotel staff was very friendly at all times. The hotel had an indoor and an outdoor pool with an indoor hot tub. Ironically the outdoor pool was kept at a much better temperature than the indoor pool (which was freezing cold). The hot tub could accomodate about 4 people. The fitness facility was equipped with modern equipment, that had little wear and tear. The convention facility area was very expansive and could facilitate a very large conference if needed. The hotel had an upscale restaurant (never tried it though), and a bar on the second floor, just off of the main conference walkway. Overall, i would definately stay here again. The penthouse suite was well worth it for any kind of week/weekend outing.
