We have stayed here while visiting Branson for the past few years. The new management seems to have stepped it up a little. Our room was clean and comfortable. The "candy cane" towel and candy on the bed was a nice touch. Close to lots of attractions and shopping. Easy access to the bypass routes, the lake and dam, and Silver Dollar City. You can't beat it for the price. They need to pay more attention to stocking the breakfast room - it ran out of some things by 9am, but there is a good selection of basic breakfast items (although carb heavy). Very friendly staff. Will stay here again.

Fridge made a squeak that kept me up, and no microwave. Other than that, it was quite nice. Breakfast was very nice, ran out about 9 am though. Lots of hot water for bathing. Not a lot of noise at nice except for fridge. Really good location for Silver Dollar City and/or other shows. Lets you have pets. Will definitely return.

Room Tip: The farther away from the office end, the worse the internet connection gets, spotty at best. However;this is true almost everyplace!!!!

We had stayed here several times in the past and the new owners really steped up their game. The staff where really great and did everything to make your stay a great one. We even got free tickets to see a show which was nice, but not all the the time because of different things from the shows and how mney they give out. We will go back again. The prices is right for all you get. Its is easy to get all around Branson from here, with easy access to all the bypasses.

We stumbled on to this hotel and was glad we did. We stayed 3 nights here and will be staying here everytime we go back. The staff is phenomenal and treat you with respect and always speak to you when they see you. The breakfast was huge. We had biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereals, eggs, muffins, doughnuts, sausage biscuits, juices and coffee. Only drawback is the shower is not for tall people but we always had hot water for all 4 of us. I can't say enough about the good old midwestern hospitality we got here. You have earned our business and we have already referred others of our family who are staying there this week for 5 nights. The employees here truly get what customer service is all about and thats what will keep people coming back.

We go to Branson 3-4 times a year. This was our first time staying at the GreenBrier Inn. We will stay here only from now on.This place is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure us along with all the other guest were taken care of and happy. The rooms were nice and the price was just right. They have a great breakfast each morning. I recommend this hotel to everyone now. The Manager Derek made us feel right at home starting with our phone call for reservations. This is THE BEST hotel we have stayed at in Branson in all our visits.
