I spend 30 to 40 nights a year in hotel rooms and typically stay in Hilton properties. Diamond Members are typically treated with added amenities. This is the first and only Hilton property that required you to board a van and get carried off site to eat breakfast. Then, if you want more than a muffin, you’re required to pay an ”up charge” for a real breakfast. I really believe they need to rethink this policy as it’s not a very special treatment of those that are spending so many nights in their properties.

We do follow the brand standards for HIlton Hotels and Resorts for breakfast options and are very sorry that you were unhappy. We do offer the complimentary shuttle as the restaurant located at Hilton Promenade is not owned by the hotel and does not offer breakfast. We understand how this would be frustrating and again we apologize for any inconvenience. I had wanted to stay st this hotel forever! The views, the location, everything seemed like it should be perfect. It was outrageously expensive! We valet parked but it turns out you have to pay to park regardless of valet or self parking. The room was so so. It was clean. It was quiet. I can't complain about that.

Thank you for sharing your perspective and we are sorry if you found disappointment in certain aspects of your stay. We wish all of our guests to enjoy their time with us and we truly value your business. The Hilton Promenade does stay very busy through out the year and we continually monitor and adjust pricing. The garage is not owned by the hotel and while both are unlimited in and out and billable to the room there is a daily fee for valet service or self parking in the garage. We hope you will consider a future visit with us and are appreciative of you being our guest.

Stayed here over NYE. The hotel was excellent. We had a great view and sizable room. Very convenient to the Landing. Had dinner at Level 2 Steakhouse. This was supposed to be the best Branson had to offer. It was horrible. Steaks were so salty the weren't edible. My wife had the fillet and it was luke warm and served with ice cold Bearnaise sauce. Will never visit Level 2 again. Way over priced. Ruth Cris price and Western Sizzler quality.

We sincerely appreciate your candor and thank you for the gracious review of our hotel. You have our deepest apologies for the disappointing service you experienced in our Level 2 restaurant. This is very uncharacteristic of our hotel and staff as we usually enjoy wonderful feedback from our restaurant. We will share your comments with our Food and Beverage Director as well as our Chef. We continually adjust and train to improve our product and services and thank you again for letting us know your perception. We truly value your business and hope you will revisit the Hiltons of Branson again in the near future.

This is one of our favorite places to stay, due to the location. You are right in the middle of a the mall. We always get a room with a fountain view and balcony so we can watch the fountains from our room. There are several great restaurants to get food from and the stores at the mall are great.

Nice location, rooms are clean, bed is really comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful. I'm cheap, so the amount you pay for the room I think should include breakfast, but than that I will stay here again.
