We ate at Mel's twice during our stay. The food was great and you get plenty of it. The second time we tried some of their tasty ice cream desserts. Not a stuffy atmosphere. Nice and relaxing. The wait staff seem to truly enjoy their jobs and some are quite talented. There was no wait time and they were very accommadating for my dad's wheelchair. Will definitely go back!

My wife and I stopped here on our first trip to Branson. It was incredible. We live in Orlando and there is nothing like it. We had lunch and split the the cheese-steak platter and a bowl of chili which were great. It filled us up so much we couldn't even eat dinner. What makes the place truly special is the singers. When we heard gospel music we almost died. It was like Heaven. It is inspirational to see and here a business that puts God first. We plan to come here on our next trip.

Decided to Stop in for lunch after reading reviews on TA. We arrived about 20 mins after opening and found a short line of people waiting for a table. We were seated within 5 mins. It is a pretty complact place and it was full. The noise level was loud given all of the people they pack in there. We had a attentive waiter and we got our food pretty quickly considering the crowd. We ordered burgers and fries and found them to be very good and they were very large. The singing staff was kinda quirky in my opinion but most of them did a pretty good job. The sound system is just typical office speakers so it really didn't give a very good sound quality, but was fun nonetheless. Not a bad place and the prices were good.

Loved the singing waiters, the root beer malt, and the food was delicioius. Had the patty melt, recommended by other trip advisor reviewers and loved it. Others had BLT and chicken corn chowder, all was excellent. Long line to be seated but it went really fast.
