We have eaten here several times now over the years of visiting Branson. The food, whether it be breakfast or lunch has always been delicious! The pancakes are really good. The mashed potatoes are always creamy & homemade. Big biscuits are served with the meals. The salad bar has a big variety of items and it really good! The servers are always friendly. The only negative comment would be it is a very small restaurant with a limited amount of seating, so there can be a wait but it is worth it if you like homemade, country, tasty, cooking!

This place should be rated much higher than it is as far as places to eat in Branson. We (party of four) ate there two days in a row it was so good, and wished we could've gone more times than we did but our trip ran out and we moved on to the next stop. My only criticism is that there should be more sides for each dish, and because of this, we ended up getting the salad bar with our meals. Most of the group got chicken fried steak or fried chicken, but I stuck to the fried pork tenderloin both days and by the second day, everyone around me was ordering the same thing. The desserts are sheer comfort food like blackberry cobbler and ice cream, or apple pie a la mode. None of us were disappointed with our meals and when we left, we were satisfied. Every one of us would return if given the chance.

Couples coming out recommended chicken fried steak and blackberry cobbler. Everything was very homemade, tasted great and the service was very good!

Good food and friendly staff and there's a nice little gift shop upstairs if you want to venture up there. Good place to eat when you're running around town and Dick's Five and Dime!

The BBQ Beef and Pork and Sweet Potato was really good, but the lettuce in the salad bar was wilted, skin on fried chicken was "rubber", and the baked beans where hot (after I'd specifically asked the waitress about it and she said it wasn't). The atmosphere was christian (Yeah!) and had nostalgic signs. It's a very small restaurant.
