There really isn't much of anything to see on the tour. But the (free) wine tasting was ok. We got samples of at least a dozen wines, which heard us decide which types we'd like to buy from their store.

Stone Hill Winery is now called the Curling Vine Winery. The display is changing in the area for the tour. The names of some of the wine has changed. However, the tasting room is still the same and you are treated to 6-8 samples of the wine. Enjoyed all of them!

Same place just changed the name in Branson. Have wine tours until 6PM . We were in the last tasting about 7PM. 15 different wines I think.? Justin was serving. Former military
but he still had a sense of humor in his own way. He said this wine pares well with Seafood, Poultry, and light pasta. Someone asked if it when well with chicken? He said up here sir chicken is poultry. Most prices were around $11.50. Savvy ($15.99) was my favorite. But the Twisted Peach and Twisted Cranberry were different. The store had shirts and aprons and night shirts with wine sayings. Wine more it is good for you. Cheese and crackers, jellies and pickles, and other wine accessories also available. Almost bought a Champange bottle opener but forgot after the tasting. Will stop back in the spring.

The winery store in Branson offers an interesting video, live presentation and excellent tasting of about 10 -12 wines. This is all for "free." The store has a good, varied selection of wines, wine accessories, snacks and souvenirs. Six of us all enjoyed our tour and wine tasting.

This winery is one of our favorites. The short tour is not only informative, but enjoyable. The 15 samples of wine are very generous and it's a stop we make every time we come to Branson. The shopping area is quite large.

We went on the tour today, the Stone Hill Winery is switching over to the Curling Vine so it might get confusing. We went on the free tour today, and really enjoyed our visit here. They tell the history of wine-making in the area, tell you where the vineyards are, and we got a presentation on how they bottle sparkling wines. In the tasting room our host Wally (who was phenomenal) explained the wines, and gave us lists (including prices) with a description of what we were drinking (15 sample tastings) and explained the various elements of each wine. We had pencils so we could mark down what we liked and could take the list to the store if we wanted to purchase wine to take home based on what we had tasted. I really liked the cream sherry and one of their new offerings, a "twisted berry". I ended up buying four different bottles to take home. It's easy to find and all the folks there are friendly. I recommend stopping by.

The name of this particular winery is now Curling Vine Winery. It still is connected to the Stone Hill Winery of Hermann, MO. Nice tour, free. Very unique wine tasting room and process. Our tour guide was Justin (aka "Bob"), and did a very nice job. They let you taste 15 of their different wines. I was there with a friend and we had a great time. Their wines are good and reasonably priced. A nice place to spend a couple hours in Branson and learn a few things.

They have a great tour with all kinds of history about one and Stone Hill Winery. You are able to taste at least 10 varieties of wine. Prices are reasonable.
