“Fun, but a bit annoying.”
Reviewed August 17, 2014 via mobile

My wife and I found the Ducks of Branson to be fun, however our driver got to be rather annoying after a while. He talked incessantly for the entire 70 minutes, cracking jokes and trying to be funny. While it was initially entertaining, after a while it wasn't so much. The trip up to the summit to view Table Rock Lake was fun, as was the venture out into the lake. It was extremely hot, however, so we were relieved when it was over.

“Very good attraction”
Reviewed August 16, 2014

This attraction is worth the time. They talked about how the DUKW (Duck) was brought about, it's use in the war, and how the dam was built there in Branson. The driver was such a character. Funny, upbeat and you could tell he loved his job. The splash down into the lake was awesome.

“Ride the Ducks”
Reviewed August 16, 2014

There were multiple options for the Duck Rides as they did not all go along the same route. Ask before you purchase tickets. We chose the Rides at Branson Landing. The tour took us to Lake of Ozarks College and other places in Branson we would not have seen had we not done the tour. The fun is in the ride and comedic presentation of the driver. The water tour was fun but was not what earned this a 4 star rating. Good family fun and the kids were allowed to drive the boat. TIP. Book your tour and then go to lunch because there may be a wait.

“Great for kids, disappointing for adults”
Reviewed August 15, 2014

Ride the Ducks has some attraction as one gets to ride on a modified WWII amphibious vehicle. But the "tour" is largely advertisement for other attractions, and the time spent on the water at Table Rock Lake is too short (the kids get a chance to "drive" the boat for a couple of minutes). If you sit too far forward in the duck you will be blasted with engine fumes a good part of the time. Also, the seats are really too small for two average-sized adults, although that's the arrangement required. The best part is the "splash down" into the water; the second best part is getting off the attraction (although you end up in a room full of memorabilia AND merchandise).

“Captain Stump”
Reviewed August 13, 2014

Activity was the number one attraction requested by grand daughter. We were not disappointed, especially Capt. Stump would provided nonstop entertainment and information. The military display was the highlight of the trip. Grand daughter enjoyed the cruise around lake.
