“Lots of fun!”
Reviewed March 22, 2013 via mobile

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 children) did this on our first day in Branson. It was a great way to see a lot of the area without having to drive and study a map ourselves. Learned about the ara, saw other attractions we wanted to check out during our visit, and had fun. Once on the water, the kids on the boat all got a turn to drive for a few minutes. A little pricy, but if you have never done it before, it is worth trying at least once!

“Always a great time.”
Reviewed March 20, 2013

My husband and I went on Ride The Ducks because we had some extra time in our day. Our Captain was hilarious and kept us all (children and adults) entertained that whole time. It's a nice tour of Branson and you get a good history lesson. Cruising around Table Rock Lake is always fun. The day we went it was chilly and very windy but the Captain had the windows down to block the wind so it wasn't to bad. If you've never done it, Our tour lasted about an hour and a half and was definitely worth the $20 per ticket we spent.

“Not worth the money”
Reviewed March 19, 2013

I've never been on the duck tour before and was looking forward to this one, however, I wasn't impressed. We didn't go on the lake due to the white caps (although other duck tours did go on it). The good news was that we were fully refunded the money for the tickets.

I would just suggest going to one of the shows instead of this tour. Just not worth the price of the tickets.

“Living a Dream”
Reviewed March 16, 2013

Always wanted to hit the beach on D-Day. In Branson you can. They have a fleet of WWII DUKW's. These are amphibous landing craft built in the early 1940's. You are 12 feet off the road and your driver/guide knows the area and the history of the vehicle you are riding in. Ours was built in 1942, survived the war and was driven by John Wayne in the movie Iwo Jima. You drive through Branson, across Table Rock Dam, through a recreation of an early Missour settlement and a large collection of various military vehicles spanning many decades of history. Then down a very steep hill and into the lake where you will cruise in a 60 plus year old landing craft in water over 200 feet deep that buried 8 towns. A truly memorable, fun and very unique way to spend several hours.

“A must ride”
Reviewed March 15, 2013 via mobile

Fun and free duck call, driver was great, and kids were able to drive on the water. The sites were great and ride was fun, learned a lot about Branson from the driver. If you have time, do it. Plus gift shop was one of the cheapest prices for shirts and gifts that actually say "Ride the Duck, Branson, MO." At the end the kids received a free captain license, signed by the certified coast guard captain/driver. Have fun....
