You will not find a more relaxing hotel in the heart of Branson. The Willow Ridge Lodge is right off the Branson strip and yet you wouldn't know it as the property is surrounded by beautiful trees secluding the property from the Branson hustle and bustle. My family and I joined my parents for a 3 day stay at Willow Ridge. We enjoyed the spacious two bedroom villa with a great kitchen, sitting area, and laundry room. The beds were comfortable and our view was lovely overlooking the shuffleboard courts and pool. During our stay our family enjoyed the outside pool. Whiffle ball field, arcade games, and free snacks. There seems to be an abundance of older people at the Villas but I actually liked it because it seemed to have a slower environment while still having things for kids to do. The price of the rooms is reasonable and there are no extra fees for parking or Internet. The only thing I didn't like was the challenge of finding the hotel as Google maps takes you the back way and there are no signs on the back entrance making it hard to find.

Room Tip: There is no restaurant at the hotel but the kitchen is stocked full of dishes and has a stove, frig, and dishwasher if you want to cook.

My friends and I rented two 2 bedroom villas on a recent trip to Branson. Our villas were perfect, well-stocked and clean. I had no problems with the internet service. It may depend upon your location if you experience difficulties. The Marriott has plenty of things for their guests to do on property. One I would suggest going to is the Monday Celebration. For a very nominal fee, you get dinner plus a look at many of Branson's entertainers. It gives you a good idea of the shows you might enjoy. The Marriott also has a staff that is superb in every way. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Great resort. Indoor pool is nice for bad weather. The staff is amazing. The villas are awesome. The internet is bad. Connections are Inconsistent. Tested speeds were .50Mbps down, .43Mbps up. (at 6am) Several times when my phone would not connect and my laptop could. It's 2014, and these are not cheap villas to stay in, internet should be better. Be weary if needing to work while on vacation. They are on the always poor ATT wifi hotspot network.

This a Marriott Vacation Club Property .. but even as a 'hotel' customer; this property is a much better choice than all the chaos of the Branson "Strip". Built off the main road there is no traffic noise.

Also, because this is a vacation club property, there is no on-site restaurant (in room kitchens are the norm) .. but giving you are in Branson, there is no shortage of resturants.

Staff is extremely accommodating, friendly, and makes sure you have a pleasent stay/experience. The design of the property is somewhat dated, but the maintenance is first class. The in-room laundry is great if you have been on the road for some time and need clean clothes.

We stayed in the 'off-season' so the outdoor activities had yet to ramp up, but if you are staying in Branson -- the MVC property is much better than any of the standard motel offerings in the community...... Definately consider this as a highly rated option.

Room Tip: Full sized 1 or 2 bedroom

We absolutely loved this resort. It was early March when we visited so the outdoor pool wasnt open, but the indoor pool was great. The resort has a bunch of activities for all ages. Ice cream socials, smores by the fire, wine and cheese for the adults, the list goes on and on. We stayed a week there and it was just over $500 if I remember right. There are a lot of outdoor activites there as well. Shuffle board, disk golf, and horseshoes. I imagine the summer brings about more activities. I would easily stay there again.

Room Tip: If you want to avoid walking too much, try to stay in the main building...otherwise, all the rooms are pretty close to the main entrance.
