Center of the strip across from Tanger Outlet Mall. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Room was well maintained and clean. Fast elevators and great bellmen. Sleep number beds and great views from rooms. The best part of the motel is the staff always there when you need them and your satisfaction is their goal.

Room Tip: higher the better

The staff was excellent-- Kathy was super nice and Michael, also super nice, gave us great recommendations for dining out one evening. The hotel room was fine. No mini fridge or microwave, but I'm a believer that you get what you pay for. With that being said, all the other amenities made up for it- pool, hot tub, sauna, free wifi, location, sleep number beds, etc.

First, the pros: Great location ! Great staff ! Beautiful rooms and suites ! Nice food and nice lounge. Then why do I not like this place ? There is only ONE reason. We got back to our suite around 10 PM and wanted to get some rest. Around 11 PM we were awakened by loud noises coming for the outside pool area 9 floors down. Young children were hollerting and yelling and screaming. We called the night desk clerk to explain the situation only to be told that they pool area was open until Midnight for children and 2 AM for adults ! When we passed the front desk the next morning we complained again and was told that they had a lot of complaitns about that. They why doesn't management do something about it ? People check in to a hotel so that they can SLEEP at night ! This happened all three nights that we were there. Checking out we complained again. When we go home, we emailed the hotel directly and got a terse reply from the assistant manager saying that next time that we should stay on the other side of the hotel and that this was the first time he had heard of this problem. He must not listen to his staff as all of them said that it was a problem. The hotel was near perfect, the rooms were great and the staff was extremely professional and friendly. Way too bad that the management doesn't think enough of their guests to offer them a nice quiet evening's rest.

Mr. Pile,
Again, I am terribly sorry for the noise problems you experienced during your stay with us. We do allow our pool to be open late so the individuals coming back from shows can relax in the pool. Because of the construction and layout of the hotel this hasn't been an issue for us before. We also have security guards on property to make sure other guests aren't being unruly. Our management team cares deeply about our guests needs and are open to suggestions. We hope you will choose to stay with us again and we will ensure you will have a room on the other side of the building from the pool.

I recently stayed at the Branson Radisson while on vacation with my two young daughters. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at the Radisson. Sometimes it's smart to stick with a trusted brand.
Whatever the hotel's drawbacks they're minimal. It's not really a resort hotel, but more of a business and convention place. There is a small pool and a very reasonably priced
restaurant.
Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were outstanding! Everyone we encountered were extremely helpful, kind, pleasant and professional in their duties.

So I guess the bottom line is, if you're not familiar with Branson. You should be, it's a wonderful place, and if you need a place to stay. Try the Radisson. The only surprises you have will be pleasant.

Thanks Radisson staff for a great vacation.

We visit Branson regularly and tried this hotel in December of 2011 during a Club Carlson points promotion. Since then, the hotel has undergone renovation and we have returned numerous times. Service-wise, I would rank this Radisson with the two Hiltons on Branson Landing. The staff values its guests, is always friendly and profession, and goes out of its way to welcome returning guests and Club Carlson members. Though it is an older hotel with a few "older hotel" quirks such as low ceilings and occasionally warm hallways, this Radisson knows how to "price accordingly," and I think it is one of the best values in Branson! Most of our Branson time is spent away from the hotel, but we appreciate option of using the indoor/outdoor pool, restaurant and room service on longer stays. The location is wonderful and they have lots of room choices. Many of the rooms on the east side provide beautiful sunrise views, and if you stay on one of the higher floors, you can see all over the Strip. On those times when we have stayed elsewhere (sometimes due to the hotel being sold out), my kids say a trip to Branson just doesn't feel the same without checking into the Radisson : )

I went to Branson for a reunion staying at the Radisson Hotel located on Wildwood Drive. All the employees that I came in contact with were very helpful and nice. I liked the work out room. They had the basic equipment there. Being a vegetarian the select of the food was not that great. There was a Subway inside Walmart within walking distance from the hotel about 2 minutes.

The Andy Williams Moon River Grill is now Shorty Small's. I did not know this until I got there. The Grill had veg options available with vegan choices. Review off of happycow.com did not show the change. You could order single items off the menu. Being a vegetarian/vegan it was some what hard to get what I wanted. Many shows to see. The Andy Williams Moon River theater is right next to the hotel, saw the tribute to the Beatles, pretty good.

Checking in and out very good. The room was nice and clean. The pool was pretty good couldn't do laps in it but that is okay. I had a good time and everybody I came contact with was very nice. I would go back a gain

Room Tip: rooms either get morning sun or afternoon sun

Stayed seven nights at the Radisson in June, 2013, and was very pleased with all aspects. It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was good (a little pricey but all you could eat). The only negative thing (to me) about breakfast was the singer in the corner. Not being a morning person, I would prefer quiet. Others feel differently.
The bathroom was clean and had good amenities: The shower was good with good water flow. Another positive for the bathroom - it was well lit.

Over all, great.

Room Tip: No preference on floor level. The elevators are quick except when children push all the buttons.

Thank you for the kind review! We appreciate your compliments. We are only having entertainment in the evenings now. We tried the morning gig for a week to see how it would go, and more people enjoy it in the evenings. Thank you again, and we hope to see you again soon!
