My husband and I were told this motel was a nice place and they were right. We were very happy from the price to the clean rooms. We have stayed at many other motels in Branson and we always are looking for that one motel that has a low price but is still a nice place. We have found it. The new owners have done a lot of work around the property and it shows. They were very friendly and helped us find good restaurants and helped us get show tickets. Now we have the right motel to go to in Branson.

We visit Branson often so we enjoy staying in different places. I had read the reviews and none were very bad. I am writing a fair review of the hotel, but I also believe that you get what you pay for. With this hotel I would have rather paid more for better customer service and better help. The owner himself was the most rude. Which is very unusual for Branson. The room was clean and in order, no problems there. It was in a good location and had free parking. Just don't forget anything or have any problems with the room. They will not help you gladly.

We appoligise for your unhappy experience. We do try to help everyone as much as we can. We have a procedure with a local co. to pickup and mail out any items left behind by guests. Unfortuneatly it does have a cost involved.

As students we were on a budget planning our trip to Branson. After visiting silver dollar city we decided to spend the night in Branson instead of driving back to Oklahoma. The receptionist at the Willow Tree Inn was very friendly. Although the exterior appearance looks average, the room was very clean. The bathroom, carpet, bed and wash table seemed all new and clean. The only problem we had was regulating the heater. A small breakfast was included with toast, pasteries, coffee and orange juice being offered. As an experienced international backpacker and as students on a budget, we could not have asked for more. Good value for price!

We were very happy with everything. Camping was great and the friends think their room was great. Prices and location was ideal. The service and cleanliness was great. We will be back 2 to 3 times a year.

Arrived at motel at 10:15 pm, we had 5 rooms and were located on the west side of the building, therefore without any air on all day with a heat index over 100 and the curtains left open, it was like walking into an oven. The room didn't cool down until after 4 am, so we were very uncomfortable. Check out time was 11, but we really needed an extension of a couple hours or even one at the least, but was told that wasn't possible. Also, most of us didn't have any hot water and had to take cold showers. On the last day of our stay the ice machine didn't work. The only positive thing I can say about the place is that it was very clean.

We sincerely apoligize for your inconvenience. At the time of your stay we as the new owners had just taken over the motel and were in the process of making many improvements. All of which have been completed. The motel is in much better condition now compared to last year.
We sure do respect your comments and assure you would find much more comfort and convenience now and we are constantly making more improvements. We certainly strive for complete customer satisfaction.
