This is a very quiet time of the year in Branson. We enjoyed ourselves more on this trip to Branson than other times of the year. That said, there are not many shows going on the first part of February. We stopped by to buy our tickets the afternoon of the show. The lady selling the tickets was very accommodating and helpful. I am on the large size and before buying tickets wanted to make sure I would be comfortable. She arranged for me to have a regular chair in the aisle where a wheelchair would normally go and my family sit in the seats next to me. We saw her in the show during the second half and found out she was an adopted sister to the Hughes Brothers.. This is truly a family run show and theater.
We went on a Tuesday night and the theater was only 1/4 or so full. Even with the audience not being full, we received a spectacular performance. The Hughes Brothers and family kept us entertained the full 2 hours. One of the highlights was when each family unit came out and you could see who belonged to who. Also one of my favorite parts was when the teenage brothers / cousins got on stage. They were full of energy and had some great dance moves. This was our only show to go to and we luckily picked one of the best shows in Branson. You must go see IT.
