We had a very good dinner on this beautiful boat. The trip up Lake Taneycomo is very peaceful, lots of birds and some wildlife along the shore. I like the fact that you can go outside, weather permitting and enjoy the fresh air and the sights. Loved the fountain show at the end of the cruise.

Went on the short site seeing boat tour. Rode on the paddle wheel. Did not see the eagles, but saw numerous herons. The captain was welcoming and homourous. Bartender knew his job. My mother enjoyed herself immensley. The loading area is in the middle of the Branson Landing shopping area and parking is available on both sides of the landing. The water and fire display is pretty nice as well. IF you are looking for a quiet, mellow and relatively cool way to spend a few hours, this might be the thing for you.

We went at the 1:45 trip on the Lake Queen. This was a very enjoyable trip. Captain and staff was very nice. Price is worth it! Take a trip and see the lake and water show at the landing on the Lake Queen.

Friendly staff, great food, be sure to check departure time , we bought tickets online and it said check in 5:45 cruise 6pm but cruise departed at 5:45
The boat/ship was very nice, slow smooth ride, the sights were nothing impressive except for maybe the fact that there are quite a few houses on the high rocky ledge overlooking the river, relaxing too, you can move around the boat after you are done eating

If you are black don't get on this boat. When we arrived we got stares and comments were made from the other passengers. We were a family of 23 so as we boarded the boat the captain said were did we come from were all of you born in the same house. Then we found out that they didn't book the right package for us which was a pizza cruise. We had to leave the boat to get this problem solved. They wouldn't honor what we originally booked in March. So we left to go get something to eat and came back and caught a later cruise. The on duty manager wasn't very professional because when one of my family members said we should just leave she turned around and said yeah leave and don't come back. I did what I had to do and killed it with kindness. I don't care how angry you may get, you have to stay professional. Overall our trip to Branson was wonderful. Just stay away from this place.

We sincerely apologize for the situation you encountered relative to the fact that the cruise your group boarded was a sightseeing cruise and not the "Pizza Cruise" you expected. Simply put, it should not have happened and we apologize.

The cruise on Main Street Lake Cruises (MSLC), was booked through one of our most reputable third party ticket vendors, but there was a mistake made on their end as to the type of cruise. This resulted in the unfortunate situation where your group and MSLC mutually discovered the mistake together after the group had already boarded the ship for its cruise on July 28.

Again, it shouldn't have happened, but it did and for that we apologize. That said, once the situation was discovered, MSLC did all it could to remedy the situation with minimal impact on not only your group, but the other passengers who were on board. As part of that remedy, the group elected to leave the ship, find lunch at Branson Landing and take a later sightseeing cruise at 3:45 PM on July 28.

MSLC contacted the Group Sales Manager with the vendor who was working with the group and booked the cruise. She immediately called the Group Leader of the group, prior to them re-boarding for their sightseeing cruise, apologized and told her that any difference in price between the cruises would be refunded. A credit card credit, refunding the difference, was issued to the group on Monday, July 30, 2012.

It should also be noted that up to and including that phone call, that the Group Leader made no mention of any alleged racist remarks or treatment by any passengers or anyone connected with MSLC toward her group. She also made no mention of anyone in her group being treated in an unprofessional manner by anyone at MSLC. Please be assured that if we had been made aware of these type of alleged comments, we would have addressed them right away.

The group boarded the Lake Queen for its 3:45 PM sightseeing cruise on July 28, appeared to have a wonderful time, thanked MSLC personnel afterwards for a wonderful cruise and said they enjoyed it very much. Again, there was no mention of any alleged racist remarks or anyone in the group being treated in an unprofessional manner by MSLC personnel.

It is regrettable that the wrong cruise was booked, but once it was discovered everyone involved did the very best they could to remedy the situation and ensure that the group had a great cruise experience on Main Street Lake Cruises. Based on the their apparent enjoyment while on the cruise and the kind comments afterward, it appears that, as to most of the group members, those efforts were successful. Each and every customer’s satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we are very disappointed to hear that your experience fell short of the wonderful and memorable cruises we are known for.
