“Great place on the Branson Strip”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 21, 2012

We stayed here for Thanksgiving week. Staff friendly and helpful. Two 2 bedroom units were ours, both were clean neat, well stocked and spacious. Parking a bit of a challenge but even with the holiday 100% occupied we had a space. All show tickets purchased in the lobby from on site ticket sales were wonderful.

Location. Easy to find, Good access to everything.
Unit. Kitchen appliances appeared brand new, furniture was comfortable and in good condition. One BR unit - the BR was small and cramped. King bed took up the whole room but bed was firm and comfortable. LR and kitchen were fine. Insufficient soap and towels. No housekeeping or linen exchanges unless you paid extra for it. We stayed a full week and felt we should have received at least one mid-week cleaning and linen replacement.
Grounds. Lovely and well maintained. Two nice outdoor pools, grill/picnic area, sufficient parking.
Amenities. Breakfast buffet & entertainment activity cost $9. The breakfast was fine but the "entertainment" consisted of tiny snippets from various Branson shows that were trying to get customers. We felt we had been misled into paying for 2 hours of commercials. Had we known this we would not have attended.
Ticket sales. We checked around a lot for coupons and discounts, and found that we actually saved more by buying our tickets at the front desk. This was a surprise. Corey did a great job and got us excellent seats at all our shows.
Traffic. Bumper to bumper until Monday, Labor Day, when everyone went home. After that the town was pretty empty.

Nice resort on the end of the Branson strip, room was better than expected, used timeshare week for a 2 bed/2 bath. Had a second floor view facing the pool, this helped with the Wi-Fi connection. Important when you have two teenagers, washer/dryer and kitchen were very nice and the kitchen had many appliances and utensils. Location was great because of the easy access to back streets so we didn't have to traverse through the main drag. Only complaint which we easily fought through was that one of the gas grills in the community area was not working properly. Minor problem to say the least. My smaller kids loved the playground, all of the family thought the pool areas were great as well. Really nice resort that I reccomend trying if you have the chance.

Although this resort was on the main strip, the condo buildings are set far enough back so you don't have loud traffic noise. It was peaceful and quiet. The rooms were clean, but the master bedroom is rather small. The pool was the perfect size - even in the evening when a lot of people were there, it did not feel too crowded. The only downside is that they do not have internet access in the rooms. They advised that internet is available at the pool and at the check in building. However, it only worked at the pool about 50% of the time. The walk back to the main building is quite an uphill hike, so we had to do without internet for most of our stay there.

The location is very convenient to all the nearby attractions and within walking distance to several restaurants. The staff were friendly and the jetted tub was a very nice perk. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there, but would have preferred a place with Wi Fi in the guest rooms.

What a terrific place! We had a very spacious 2 bedroom unit. It had a great kitchen, comfy living room area, and awesome jacuzzi bathroom. It was decorated very beautifully, the beds were comfortable, and it was clean. We were on the 4th floor, with elevator accesses. There was a washing machine and dryer in the unit. We had a great stay! Highly recommend!

We stayed at French Quarter the week of July 4th. Although other reviewers have mentioned being able to view fireworks from a nearby amusement park, this was not the case, presumably d/t the dry weather and fire hazard alert. We had a 2-bdrm unit on the third floor. There was an elevator but only one to service all four floors, and was probably the slowest elevator ever!
The check-in was fast and there was plenty of parking. We were offered, but not pressured, into taking a timeshare tour. We declined their $100 incentive, mainly due to the 105 degree heat! All the staff we met were courteous and helpful. We signed up for the "pancakes & bingo" offered one morning. At $4 a head, I didn't expect much, but pancakes, coffee and juice were ALL that was offered. Could have had a little more variety. Did not even offer milk for the children. The prizes were pitiful (i.e. a rubber buffalo, dog tag from an area show, a few single tickets to a couple of mediocre shows). Even the "meet the stars" breakfast was $9 a head, which is offered free at all the other resorts I've visited. There are 2 pools, one being a kid's pool. Also 2 hot tubs, shuffleboard courts. 2 gas grills in the playground area which was a nice feature and we did not have to buy charcoal. The pools were over-run with kids and teenagers and the posted rules were not enforced. The kids' pool was rearely in use and in my opinion, should be made into a full-size adult pool. One pool is just not enough for a complex of this size. The unit itself was good-sized with comfortable beds. We had a 2-bdrm with a king bed in each. My only complaint with the furnishings is that the sofa and side-chairs were old and worn and carpet was absolutely filthy - not just a little dirty. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired as we found food crumbs under the furniture and beds. This is also the only resort where I've ever been charged for linen and/or towel exchange. For a 2 bdrm. unit the charge was $12 for linen exchange and $15 for both towels and linens. There was a small washer and dryer in the unit, so we washed our own. The yellow route ran behind the complex which was a nice diversion to the heavy traffic on Hwy 76, aka the green route.

We booked this weekend through groupon. What an excellent deal! While the unit was a bit small, we had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was quite spacious compared to others I've been in and fully stocked. If you are going to spend more than one night, plan to bring laundry detergent. There is only one sink in the bathroom, but it has plenty of storage underneath. The jetted tub was nice and deep. I've seen other reviews complaining about lack of privacy. This was not our experience AT ALL! There is a locking door on the bedroom, and two locking doors in the bathroom (one that opens to the bedroom and one to the hallway). I didn't have a chance to visit the pools (2) while I was there, but they looked to have plenty of room.
If I were traveling with my husband and two children (13 yr. old girl, 7 yr. old boy), I would want to get a two bedroom unit so they could have separate space. This would also allow me to put the hide-a-bed back up earlier so we would have a sitting area during the day. However, this is just a personal preference.

Room Tip: We were in a one bedroom unit on the fourth floor (I don't recall which building). I slept in t...
