The condos were very pleasant. Large rooms with large balconies. There were cookies waiting in the room when we arrived. Parking is convenient and plentiful. It is located in a quiet setting 3 miles out of Branson. The splashatorium and pool areas are large and full of fun things to do. There is a huge bucket dropping water and water canons for kids to blast each other with. The water slide is a lot of fun, even for older people. The pool is a large inside and outside pool that is pleasantly warm. There are 2 big hot tubs-one indoor and one outdoor. There is a ping pong table and a playroom that has wii games and xbox. There is a miniature golf course that has seen better days, but it's in the shade and the kids will have fun. There is a happy hour every night from 3-6. The $8 breakfast buffet was not very good. The price of the Lodges is about triple of what the adjoining Welk Resort charges. That being said, the lodges rooms are much better. If we ever return to Branson we would stay here again.

We stayed at the Lodges at Timber Ridge in Branson MO. We were in the Cedar Lodges. They were very nice! Beautiful granite countertops, and travertine floors, huge tiled shower with 3 different shower heads, living room area had a big fire place, fold out couch, flat screen tv. The bedroom had a very comfortable pillowtop bed, fireplace, and jet tub. Kitchen was fully equiped with full fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. It also had plenty of dishes, silverware, cups, pots and pans and utensils. There was a stackable washer and dryer in the kitchen as well. There was a balcony off the bedroom and livingroom with a view of the pond. The view out our front door was timber, very beautiful!
They have a theatre, restaurant, mini golf course, arcade room and an indoor/outdoor pool with an extra area for kids to play and a huge slide!
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We called the front desk two different times late at night and asked for extra blankets and they delievered them quickly and were nice each time.
We loved this place and will definitley be staying here everytime we visit Branson in the future!!!

Our party stayed in one of the apartment-style buildings on the property and immediately after unpacking, discovered we had problems with the pluming NOT working. We called maintenance at 7pm and they sent someone up rather promptly, however, this person didn't bring the right tools so he had to call the head of maintenance. The head of maintenance was very kind, but didn't have the right tools either. They ended up needing to call a professional plumer, however, they claimed that the plumers in the area don't work after 6pm, so they'd have to stop by and work on the problem 1st thing in the morning. The professional plumer was able to fix the problem, however, it was a HUGE inconvenience that cut into our vacation.
The property has its good points:
A lodge-atmosphere with modern conveniences
comfy beds
pretty good sound-proofing
quiet location
friendly staff
flexible check-in / check-out schedule

My family stayed in a one bedroom last week and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have younger children, and they enjoyed the pool as often as they could. I enjoyed it as it is well laid out and you can watch the splash pad or outdoor pool easily. The room was spacious and had everything in the kitchen you needed. Just hit the grocery store and you're all set. We were conveniently located to all the shows and Papa Johns even delivered to the pool. We played the free on-site 9 hole miniature golf course one night which was a nice extra. My only complaint was that the maid service only came through and gave clean towels once during a week stay. I highly recommend it.

I had the pleasure of staying in one of their lodges. It was superbly clean & very modern with a ton of amenities for those looking for a place to stay for a longer period of time including a washer/dryer, full size dishwasher, ceiling fans and multiple flat screen TVs and plush robes. A fireplace in the bedroom and a jacuzzi tub! I was very impressed with the staff I encountered. They were extremely patient and went out of their way to make sure guests understood all the amenities. I did not have a chance during my visit to use the Splash-a-torium pool but heard from the locals in town that it has a reputation of being a fun amenity I shouldn't miss during my next visit. I did not have an opportunity to test out the food either. I hope to be back soon with my husband and plan to bring my golf clubs!

nicely appointed rooms. some mistakes in planning such as an impossibly large dining table and a microwave door that hits a wall when opened. big problem with soundproofing between adjoining rooms (and there are many configured this way). we can hear every word from the people in the room next door. management is not concerned.

Room Tip: don't stay in rooms with adjoining doors, which may rule out this entire complex.

, General Manager at Lodges at Timber Ridge Branson, responded to this review, June 26, 2012
Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. We are so glad you liked our Lodges. We take great pride in our rooms and look forward to our guest’s feedback. Our first priority is the complete satisfaction with the comfort and quality of stay for all of our guests. Our lodges do offer connecting units and so, while rare and never before to the extent mentioned here, noise from other guests can be heard occasionally. We practice and maintain “courtesy hours” from 10pm to 7am but although it was around 8:30 in the evening, we did phone the adjoining room on your behalf. As I understood from your feedback during our follow-up call with you that evening and then again upon check out, the noise level from next door remained unheard for the duration of your stay with us.
But much more than that, we are extremely sorry you felt like we did not care. From our initial conversations and follow up on this issue, we were striving to find a solution that was satisfying to you and would insure a comfortable stay. We believed we had done that, but obviously we were wrong. Please know that we believe that making our guests feel welcome and providing the most gracious service possible is our highest priority. We apologize, again , if you did not experience that with your stay.

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in the Ozarks. We stayed at the Lodges at Timber Ridge in Branson, a Welk resort. Our unit was modern--granite countertops, three head shower--immaculate, and well-supplied with linens and cooking tools. Laundry facilities are in the unit. The views from the unit were beautiful. There is a pool on the property, as well as a restaurant.

The Lodges are conveniently located to live performance theaters, the Silver Dollar City theme park, and historic Branson. A slightly longer drive will take one to Dogwood Canyon, a beautiful wildlife preserve, or to the scenic vistas of the Ozark Plateau. There is fishing and boating for the outdoor sportsman. Bass Pro Shop is in historic Branson, easy access for forgotten fishing equipment.

There are many concert theaters where one may enjoy a variety of musical performances, as well as comedy, magic and acrobatics. Dining is not limited to chain restaurants. Many bargains can be found in local restaurants. The type of food available is varied. Be sure to get a Branson Guest Card for discounts throughout the city. Overall, Branson is a very family friendly place for a vacation.
