Outstanding show for the entire family. Country music, 50's to present day pop/rock, and comedy, this show has it all. We have been going to Branson for 10 years and we never fail to see this show. It is always fresh with great talent. Branson's best quartet, New South, will dazzle you with their tight harmony and vocal range and the award-winning band will knock your socks off. Add Jackie Brown's vocals, Jim Dandy's comedy and musicianship, and Mike Patrick's piano and vocals, and you have a complete night jam packed with quality entertainment. You can meet and great the entire cast at intermission and after you leave the theatre you will have gained many new friends. Continuing with their award winning ways, Michael W. Davis (piano), Rob Blackburn (drums) and Jim Dandy (comedy) were awarded best in their fields for 2012. There is a reason we keep going back to this show - we appreciate good music and great talent.

This is not our normal style of show we like to attend but it was included in our package deal at Grand Country. New South has a Great sound. the emcee was a little hard to understand but our seats were way in the back and that might have been the positioning of the speakers. Overall, it was nice to try a new show and to see something playing in January.

My family and I went to Branson during the off season this year....the week after New Years....most of the other theaters were closed and we decided to hit up the Grand Jubiliee.
We have a 4 and 6 yr old that both loved the show. They couldn't get enough of Jim Dandy and all of his silliness.

New South was AMAZING. We live in NWArkansas and head up to Branson often and have seen many of the shows....however, my husband has said several times he'd like to go see thsi show again!

A must see show in Branson!

Since this was our first time at a Branson "variety show"....we had no idea what was in store for us. The entertainers were excellent and they put on a great show. We were surprised to have an intermission...which made the show longer than we anticipated..which is a good thing! The second half of the show was especially good.
We are grateful to the Country Jubilee business for runnning their shows at this time of the year, because if it wasn't for them, those of us who come through Branson in early January wouldn't have many options for entertainment.
This is something that I would want to know before I purchased my tickets though...for those of you who are shy and don't like to be an audience member participant.....don't sit in the front rows...Don't worry about sitting further back, all of the seats in the house have a good view. : ) You'll see!

My husband and I attended the 2013 Grand Jubilee at Grand Country Music Hall. This show is better than last year and we thought last year's show would be hard to beat. But beat it they did!! New South Quartet sings everything from Statler Brothers to the Oak Ridge Boys to the Eagles to the Beatles and everything in between. They are sounding better than ever with new baritone David Price. The comedy of Jim Dandy, alias Jamie Haage, will keep you laughing. Our 8 year old granddaughter laughed so hard she almost fell out of her seat! Jackie Brown is superb as always and her duet with Trey Wilson, lead singer for New South, is awesome. The Grand Band couldn't sound any better and certainly deserve the title of Best Band in Branson. Jason Robinson, tenor for New South, does an awesome rendition of Let It Be. Mark McCauley, bass singer for New South, takes the lead on Dream On - an Oak Ridge Boys classic. New South is at their best when singing gospel and the gospel portion of the show brings the house down. If you are going to be in Branson anytime in 2013, don't miss this show. You will laugh, sing along, and maybe shed a tear or two along the way.
