We were not impressed with this place at all. My husband had very dry fried chicken that tasted very bland and my grilled chicken was also dry and bland. The waiter was very good, but the food was awful. Won't go back.

We used to love eating here but the last 2 times we have been the food quality and service has gone down. It seems like the items on the food bar are not fresh and the bread was stale. I think that we have made our last trip there. It took forever to get the food that we ordered and the wait staff was not friendly like they used to be. I even saw the staff arguing with a gentleman at a table next to us because he complained about his steak being too tough to eat. Very unprofessional

We had reservations in the private dining area for a large group. The service was very slow (even though the main dining room did not appear too busy). Soup and salad bar available as well as large menu; HOWEVER, food taste was mediocre at best. When I found a very long hair baked into my peach cobbler, I told the waitress; and she offered to get me another bowl of it! HAHA, no I just wanted it taken off my bill. She said she couldn't do that without the manager's OK, and it took another 40 minutes to get that done. No apology either! With all the dining options in town, we would never go back here.

Researched quite a bit to try to find a good Thanksgiving day buffet. We were very disappointed in the buffet they had. Nothing redeeming about it really. There is so much good food in Branson and so many great restaurants that this was the only bad meal we had the entire week. Not sure if their regular buffet would be better, but to be letdown on Thanksgiving day was a real bummer. Turkey seemed like sliced processed turkey, the ham was thin and dry, chicken looked amazing, but it was flavorless. No traditional dinner rolls -- just dry cornbread. Even their pumpkin pie was bad. It was the only the desert they served on the buffet and as we walked pass the tables we saw several partially eaten pies left on the table, so it was not just us. The highlight of the experience was going into the ladies room and getting a free sample of the coconut sea salt hand scrub. They sell it for $25 for a mason jar! If you Google this on the Internet you can make it yourself for about three dollars a jar. LOL! At least I have a good idea for gifts for Christmas for friends.
