Owner description: As Buck Trent takes the stage with his all-star cast, you’ll enjoy a show full of traditional country music, bluegrass, and gospel plus plenty of down-home humor. Buck, 2-time CMA Instrumentalist, and his exciting cast set your hands clappin’ and toes tappin’ during this high-energy country music show. It’s eye-openin’ fun as World Premiere 5-string Banjo Picker Buck (veteran of The Porter Wagoner Show and Hee Haw) and his cast put a smile on your face for the whole day!

We saw the Buck Trent Morning show this trip to Branson, and it was a great experience. Buck personally greeted us as we entered the show. He has a great band it is a lively performance. Buck is still a great Banjo player afer all these years of playing. Loved the Hee Haw type of humor that was incorporated in the show.

Very talented group of musicians and one very talented singer. Buck Trent needs to retire from being MC and focus on his banjo. At 80+ years of age he still is an accomplished banjo player.

We enjoyed the show. Buck Trent is a great musician. He has a good band with him and a wonderful singer who used to be with Joe Stafford. Buck is a little silly at times, but the show was enjoyable and family oriented. It was not so loud that we couldn't stand it either. Our complaint about many of the concerts and entertainments in Branson and other places is that the music is amped up so loud, one can't hear the singers. No flashing lights to cause headaches either. Worth the time to see it.

Buck himself greeted us as we entered the theater. He stopped each of us and chatted for awhile. During the show, at intermission, and even after the show, when he spoke to us individually, he remembered where we were from and our conversations. He puts on a great show and still plays a mean banjo!!!! The other entertainers were really good, as well. Lots of fun! This is a wonderful way to kick start your morning in Branson. His show is at 10:00 a.m. Although this review page says Clay Cooper Theatre, he is now playing at the RFD-TV Theatre. There is a concession stand, like at the movies, very clean bathrooms, a gift shop, and very friendly staff.

We were in Branson, MO, in April 2012, and attended the Buck Trent Country Music Show at 10 am at the RFD Theatre. Buck greeted us at the entrance to the hall, and asked where we were from. Some of the finest musicians in Branson are a part of this show, including the accomplished drummer, Robbie Blackwood, of the well known Blackwood family. We enjoyed listening to the band and especially Buck Trent on the banjo and guitar. Buck brought out a signature Martin guitar to play that had a beautiful sound. This is a show we have attended before and will return to see again.
