If you are considering this hotel, I'm betting that what is really drawing you to it is the price. Right? I know that is what drew me to the hotel. So, for the price, it is a perfectly serviceable hotel. However, if you are wanting 5 star amenities and fawning service, you need to be willing to pay for that at a more expensive hotel.
The hotel is very basic and currently the decor is outdated. They are in the process of refurbishing though so hopefully that will be fixed soon. It is clean. I saw no evidence of the bugs or mice that other reviews talked about. The breakfast was substantial. In addition to the normal cereal / oatmeal / bagels there was biscuits and sausage gravy, bacon and make your own waffles. Now sure, they were all probably frozen and just reheated but the food was filling and free. The hotel itself was a bit tricky to get to but you can clearly see it from the main road (hint: go to the next light and turn right, look for the sign pointing into the parking lot. If you turn into the gas station, you've turned too early).
Not much else to say. It's a cheap bed that fulfills your basic needs. If you want to save money for other things, it's perfectly serviceable. But again, it's not 5 star so come with your expectations set appropriately.
