We were staying in town for the week to perform for the St. Louis Classical Guitar Society. This was where we stayed and I was extremely satisfied. The staff were exceptionally kind. They made it a point to learn my name, and addressed me by it for the duration of my stay. They took an active interest in our ensemble and some even came to our concert!They answered all questions quickly, knowledgeably, and with a level of generosity that was noticeably outstanding. This is a hotel with good employee morale, and good people.

The rooms were clean and well equipped with all the essentials and the lobby has plenty of couches and tables for late night work sessions. The morning breakfast is delicious and all you can eat. Heck, even the bar staff were awesome and we hung out with them for a few hours after our concert just chatting away about guitar.

It's right next to the airport, with a great BBQ restaurant within walking distance. No complaints, and I would definitely look forward to staying here again.

The lobby has been renovated so it looks absolutely beautiful and luxurious! It is modern and trendy looking with a coffee/gift shop, bar, and restaurant. The service was excellent from the free airport shuttle, to the front desk, housekeeping, and room service staff. The rooms unfortunately have not been renovated and they still have that country grandma look. The bed is comfortable and the food is good so I would still recommend this hotel if you can get a good rate and need something near the airport.

I recently traveled to St.Louis and had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The lobby is beautiful - very modern, clean and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The people working for the shuttle are wonderful, especially Bona who is the kindest person. My room was contemporary, clean and spacious. The Restaurant has great food and exceptional staff. I can't say enough how wonderful this place was. Everything was great, any Canadian visiting St. Louis should stay here.

The lobby was very nice, the bar and restaurant areas were also nice. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was pleasant and worked quickly to correct a billing mistake made at check in. The outside looks old but not run down. For the right price this is a good hotel (our rates were about $80). A nice mid ranged hotel.

I was responsible for conducting a large corporate training event for 1 week and we held it here at the Marriott St. Louis Airport. The facility was amazing, including the newly renovated front lobby and restaurant/bar area. The meeting rooms were spacious and comfortable and they had plenty of capacity to accommodate our large group needs.

The best part of our event was the support we received from the staff and management at the hotel. Our every need and request was met with immediate action and a smile. Having this level of support when conducting events is priceless.

I highly recommend the Marriott St. Louis Airport for any of your training, meeting, or other events. The location, facility, and staff really can't be beat!

My family were in St. Louis for a convention and spent three nights here. We had made our reservations months earlier and knew they were doing renovations. By the time we arrived in September, the scheduled renovations were complete. Having seen the old setup, I was amazed! The new interior is very retro in its style. Cool furnishings and great atmosphere. The pools (two of them) had both been refurbished as well. There are tons of lounge chairs, cabanas and neat sitting areas on the perimeter at the huge outdoor pool. There is also an indoor/outdoor pool w/ a great hot tub next to it. Everything is handicapped accessible.
There is a very nice restaurant, a small marketplace for magazines, drinks, etc., and a table with six internet stations.
The rooms were not huge, but of ample size and layout. They were clean and had a modern digital thermostat. The bathroom was also clean and well lit. The rain style showerhead was also a nice plus. We did not order room service, but the prices were not exhorbitant.
The staff were borh freindly and helpful. The parking is secure and they keep a close eye on the property too. In fact, while taking pictures alk around the facility, the general manager came out to see who I was and what I was doing. He was courteous and nonthreatening. Turns out, they were expecting a photographer the following week to publicize the new renovation of the ground floor/lobby. It made for a good chuckle.
When we checked out, I mentioned how much I liked the new place and would look forward to coming back again. They then told me that this was just phase one of the renovations. They were soon going to start redoing all the rooms too.
One other important thing. We were concerned that we would be dealing with a lot of noise from the airplanes taking off. That wasn't the case at all. We heard one loud plane the day we arrived and nothing after.
This is a very nice hotel and I highly recommend it!

The staff at this property were outstanding! My company was there doing training and the event staff went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. If you are looking to host an event you must use this location.
