Overall an excellent experience. Well staffed and courteous. Made you feel at home. Rooms had that feeling of space. Could've had a better restaurant in the lobby. Okay,though. Went with my wife and her niece. They took pictures. Lots of parking.

YUKS - Pungent musty/moldy unpleasant smell in my room and dead cockroach in the bathroom. Loose toilet seat nearly dumped me onto the floor. Pay for wifi, parking, breakfast.
OKs - good bed, convenient shuttle to airport.
NOTE - Better options exist with shuttle near STL airport and cheaper! Won't stay here again.

You are a five minute shuttle ride to the hotel from the airport and could even walk there if you wanted to, however, the roads are not exactly pedestrian friendly. My wife and I did it, but it was mid morning with light traffic. I wouldn't recommend walking at night because there really isn't a sidewalk. Shuttles run every 20 minutes.
I have to point out that Joanne was the friendliest hostess I've encountered in a Concierge Lounge. She was fantastic and her smile and great attitude were a nice shot in the arm to send us on our way.
The lobby was recently redone and looks modern and sharp. They have a nice exercise room with a full array of strength training and cardio equipment. You shouldn't have much trouble getting a treadmill as I believe there were five.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, though I will say the bed was extremely soft. For people with bad backs, like me, this could pose a problem.
Overall I would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again.

Johnna was awesome! I was pleasantly surprised by the wsrmth of the staff, the comfort of the newly renovated rooms. .. but mostly the staff. It is amazing how much the human connection has to the overall experience and the staff here made the experience exceptional! Thank you!

I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is new, as is the room. Check-in was smooth and service was courteous and very good. The bed was very comfortable, as can be found in Marriott. Complimentary wi-fi was provided. Amenities in the room are sufficient.

The primary benefit was proximity to the airport. The room was standard but a good standard. Clean and comfortable with a great bed. The lobby has been remodeled and looks great. It's open and friendly. We met friends there. Parking was free which is a plus these days. On site restaurant which seemed great but we did not eat there as we arrived late and left early the next day, No other restaurants within reasonable walking distance.

This hotel is very close to the airport and rental car office, which made it convenient the morning I left. I stayed for two nights and while I would not call it outstanding, it was comfortable and what you would expect from a Marriott. Loved the lobby and bar area. They just got new retro furniture and it was really 'funky' and comfortable. A mini-market within a Starbucks is also located in the lobby, which was also convenient. There were six computers for guests adjacent to the bar area. Nice set up. The building is a little dated and could use a little work. I am not sure what the hotel was prior to becoming a Marriott, but it does not look like it was originally a Marriott hotel. Staff was great- food, just okay- probably would not eat in the hotel restaurant again except for an appetizer. All and all, very good experience.
