“Beautiful cabin in tranquil setting”
Reviewed September 22, 2016 for a stay in September 2016

We have just returned from a very restful weekend in this wonderful cabin hidden away in beautiful Fermanagh countryside. We were amazed at the size of the cabin and quality of the furnishings - this is a top quality rental. Eggs, bread, orange juice, tea, good coffee and milk all provided along with a large basket of logs for the log burner. The weather was kind to us so we enjoyed breakfast at the picnic table listening to the soothing noise of the river behind the cabin and watched a great variety of birds enjoying the bird feeders. This really is wonderful place to get away from it all and enjoy a restful and peaceful break. Loads to do in the area with Lough Erne only ten minutes away and some excellent eating places around Ederney.

“Perfect place to get away from it all!”

... or spend time with friends and family!
Stayed here mid August when I was over for the week of a big family birthday celebration. The accommodation is delightful. Clean, modern and very comfortable. It was also supplied with everything you could ever need or think of!! (I was impressed by how much thought had gone into it.) Jonathan was brilliant to deal with and so helpful and considerate. His directions were also spot on and easy to follow. The location is just idyllic. You could sit and watch the birds, listen to the babbling of the river and completely chill out.
I was there on my own for the week, but had 3 family members join me for one night. And, it was perfect for us to cook together, chat and catch up. They were all very impressed with the cabin and the location. (Brothers were wishing they had brought their rods and been able to stay longer.!)
I didn't get to see the red squirrels this time, so I will have to go again!! And, I want to enjoy sitting in that big cosy chair beside the log-fire one day!

Claire, very happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and you were happy with the cabin. The Red Squirrels must have been away on holiday during your stay maybe you will see them next time. Also thank you for leaving the cabin in such good order I actually wondered if anyone had stayed it was so clean and tidy. Thanks again and I would be very happy to welcome you back.

“Perfect get away from it all break”
Reviewed August 24, 2016 for a stay in September 2015

Stayed at killaculla lodge twice last year. Once as a family of four and also with the grandparents. A little hidden gem killaculla lodge is the perfect place to unwind away from the hustle and bustle. If you love nature like a bit of technology detox and like to spend quality time with the family then this is the place to go. The house itself is bright and spacious very clean and has everything you need. The log burner is lovely in the cooler evenings.
I have two young girls who love exploring the surrounding nature. It's very safe and secure. Personally no internet doesn't bother me as it actually allows me to switch off and mayb digest a book or two! The owner is very hospitable and approachable and will look after you well!
