We stayed at the Quality Inn after a concert at the Horseshoe Casino. The room was clean and quiet. The price was quite reasonable, especially since the Horseshoe Casino was asking about $200 for a room. The desk clerk was very helpful since she provided us with directions to the hotel, which did not show up on our GPS. The breakfast was very good and included scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, and pastries. The Quality Inn is very close to the Hollywood Casino and Sam's Town. Although the hotel is not responsible, please be aware when driving in the area that your GPS may not register some destinations and may tell you to turn on roads that are closed off or which do not exist.

I stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed it. For the price, I expected the same as last time, but that's not what I got. Housekeeping needs to spend a little more time and not just "hit the high spots". The hallways smelled very musty. The bed skirts were filthy. The curtains and bed comforters needed washing. The ceiling texture was peeling and falling in several places. The wifi didn't work, it kept going to a page that said they had a problem with their router. The a/c was stopped up with dust, so not much air came out. The only good things I can say is that the breakfast was great and the place was quiet. There are better places to stay in Tunica though.

We stayed at this hotel during the driving leg of our USA tour, and arrived quite late mid-week. The hotel itself was OK - nothing special, but clean rooms and premises. Breakfast was barely average - the only food I found edible were the waffles, which you had to make yourself. However, it was the complete lack of service that really changed this stay from average to terrible. For example, there was no hot water left to make coffee at the buffet style breakfast. We asked the lady at the front desk (the owner of the hotel) for some hot water so we could make coffee. She seemed put out by our request, although we had arrived withn the stipulated breakfast times. We then had to ask her again for milk and juice, because she did not bother checking whether other buffet supplies were also depleted. Each time, I felt like we were interrupting her or bothering her and that she was doing what we asked just to get us out of her hair. I found this quite unbelieveable, given she had mentioned she owned the hotel. When we drove out of the hotel, I noticed many of the billboard's advertised Casino's that offered hotel rooms and breakfast for cheaper and I'd recommend looking into those first - I wish we had.

The quality inn was a nice little hotel about a mile from sam's town and Hollywood casinos. The room was clean and although stuffy upon entering, the air conditioner cooled it down nicely. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, giving us recommendations for local and Memphis restaurants. We paid $140 for our room, which I thought a little pricey, but it was Saturday night in Tunica.

We spent one night at the Quality Inn before we moved over to another property. The room was clean, breakfast okay and the bed comfortable. You do have to drive to get to the casinos-not good when you want to have drinks. Personally, I would pay extra to be on a casino property for this reason.
