We had our casino host book the room. When we checked in we realized that is was booked under a non- premium room. Let me tell you, it is really a non- premium room. Dated back maybe 10 years!! Horrible. I had to make a complaint in the diamond check in which did nothing to help us... they told us that they were booked and could not see our past history of were we stayed in there hotel. We went to the main check in, they changed our room to a premium room. The premium room are the same layout just have been updated maybe 3 years ago.
Definitely needs better maintenance in the hotel. I also think they need to treat the 7 star/ diamond guests with more upgrades. It is a casino hotel that runs on levels. My advice is only book with them on the phone and know which room you are getting ahead of time. I would only rate the customer service a 2 and the hotel a 3 .More
