We came for the blues fest not to gamble. We just wanted a nice resort like place to stay. I reserved a king size room gave my credit card. On the day to arrive I called and advised we would be late. Upon check in. I was informed there were no kings available sorry we have you in a 2 full size beds. I had requested no feather pillows as I am highly allergic to them. Lo and behold nothing but feather. The room? Looks like your typical motel room. Thing no tell motel. With stains on the carpet and wall the tv is vintage 80's and the cabinet it was in, is cracked and broken. The bathroom is dingy and only 2 towel two clothes. Yeah this is definitely not the luxury resort feeling. Also beware this is not I. The town of robinsonville or tunica proper it is Out in the middle of
no where. Distance is closer to 50 miles then 30 which is what mapquest showed. Food? There is just a simple lil coffee bar. But them just hand you a freezer breakfast sandwich and point you in the direction of the microwave. We only went to the casino once to eat. Was not impressed. We have a fuddruckers back home. This was a poor imitation so use your imagination. The only positive thing I have to say. Is the employees who are all local are pleasant and friendly. Too bad they work for a corporation who failed to impress from the moment I checked in
