Machines were out of order. Every other machine had a out of order sign and the ones that "worked" needed attention.

“Harrah's entertainment center was a huge disappointment.”
Reviewed July 7, 2013

I understand Harrah's casino is all about people coming in and dropping money inside the casino. We bought tickets to watch Jeff Dunham, these tickets were not cheap. First we were informed that even though there were buckets listed on the board....they did not offer buckets of beer. Instead they sold you barely cold, slender 12 ounce beers that didn't even fit into the cupholders on the chairs. If you are over 5-7 200 lbs you will feel like a sardine. The seating area was horrible according to the map, when we bought tickets it appeared we would be sitting on an aisle seat, well no we were in a deadend and if you coughed or laughed too hard the whole section moved. It was cheap metal and plastic elevated area. Not worth 70 bucks a ticket. The casino was ok, however don't expect once of the waitresses to wait on you. You hit the button, even ask for something and you never see them again. I wont be back.

“Keep Your Money in Your Pocket!”
Reviewed July 6, 2013

This casino is very dated, and the machines are screwed down to the point that they holler! We played a variety of machines and the only luck we had came on our last day there. . . . much too late to end up ahead of the game. It was a matter of reducing our previous losses, not counting our gains! The Oklahoma indian casinos are far better in terms of return on investment. . . we found no reason to return to Tunica.

“Slots are TIGHT!!!”
Reviewed July 4, 2013

Gambled here and moved to to several different machines the most I won was 15 cents. Horrible, horrible payouts. Not enough tables open on the floor. Ten people sitting at roulette, ten people standing behind, managers and pit bosses just watching, not attempting to accommodate anyone. Waited 30 min or more on one drink. Worst casino EVER.

“Harrah's Terrance Hotel”
Reviewed July 2, 2013

My mother & I just got back from a long weekend in Tunica (6-25-13 the 7-1-13) All the casinos there are in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful country/land. The hotel rooms need some upgrading. The funiture is old, the bedding is old, wall mirror in bathroom is scratched & the ironing boad was broken. We had a broken coffee maker, (which was replaced with a new one) broken phone with all the keys broken & it had no ring tone. We had to ask 2 times to get more bath towels. There was only 2 put into the room each time the maids cleaned our room. The first morning I went to make coffee for my mother & found a box of condoms in the coffeemaker where the water is poured into. Glad I found it instead of my mom finding it.
A really big complaint is that there is not 1 restaurant in the hotel. If anyone is hungry at night they have to catch the shuttle or drive to the casino to eat. There is a Java Bar which had nothing at it that the picture shows. Very little pastries (some cookies & muffins) & just regular coffee. Another problem is that it closes at 2pm everyday.
