The hotel is very clean and pleasant. The breakfast is always very good. The staff members are very helpful, especially the cleaning staff and the restaurant waitresses. It would be helpful to have more options in lunch and evening meals in the restaurant. The availability of free office services (computers, printers, stapler, etc., is very helpful.

The customer service from my arrival to check out was excellent. The sataff people in the dining area were extremely helpful and friendly. I had to comment on the professionalism given during my stay.

My wife and I were excited to have a night away from the kids. We were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and indoor pool. And finally getting some sleep! The "indoor" pool had a nasty slimy film on top of the water. We missed out on that! The hot tub had so much chlorine in it that the vapors burned our eyes too much to stay in. We noticed all of the towels had bleach spots all over them. This is a sign that there has been a problem for awhile. We had to hurry and wash our swim suits so they wouldn't bleach out like the towels. The "Sleep Number" beds were a joke! They didn't even work. I finally had enough around 1:30 a.m. and went to complain to the front desk. There wasn't much he could do, but he did offer us free breakfast. I then found used cleaning gloves under the bed when I went back and tried to fix it. Gross!!! To bad the food and staff sucked also. We ended up being late for our shuttle because it took 45 minutes to get 2 omelets that were made with pre-cooked ingredients! We will never even consider staying at the hotel again. I blame poor management on this one.

This experience with the Hilton Garden Inn in Starkville, MS was wonderful. The service was unparalleled to any other. From the staff at the front desk to the servers at breakfast, everyone was friendly and fast. I highly recommend and would definetly return in the near future.

This hotel offers top notch service with a welcoming staff from the moment you walk in the door till you exit their facility. The restaurant staff are excellent and make you feel like you are at home. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The only negative found in my three days - they did not refill the coffee supplies in my room automatically.

Excellent service. We enjoy our stays at this facility with each visit to the area. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Like the noon-time check-out so wife can do more in the morning while I am in meetings.

Building related intermittant noise level prevents normal rest, about which there was no advance disclosure even though staff was aware. Reservation was accepted without disclosure nor was an issue related discount offered. One of two nights was credited after complaining. Remained second night because many friends had traveled far for an event had reservations there.
