We were actually going to stay at another hotel, but could not find how to get into their parking lot. (I know that sounds crazy, but its true...and I am very good with directions!). As a result we had the opportunity to stay at this hotel which is definitely our hotel of choice in this area now! Beautiful lobby, very clean, nice room, great AC, and good beast! Our only negative was that the pool was cloudy. We got in late, so it didn't really matter, but hopefully that will be cleared next time we are through. I can't say enough about the sweet young lady who checked is in so pleasantly, quickly, and efficiently after a long drive. We asked for a top floor away from noise and she accommodated us perfectly. Can't wait to visit again soon.

We stopped here for an overnight stay having driven a part of the Natchez Trace Pkwy. The room was very nice & clean. The bedding is insanely comfy with plenty of pillows so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. We used the gym the next morning and then had a good breakfast in the large breakfast area.

Room Tip: we liked the studio room we had on the second floor

We stayed for a week, even before anyone knew of our situation everyone was very kind and polite. We lost our house in a house fire at the beginning of the week and we just saw an outpouring of genuine sympathy and caring. People asked every day about our son (when he wasn't under their feet). I am not sure what the secret is and how they keep their employees so happy there, but my wife and I both being from a retail management background- we thought it was pretty incredible. Hotel was comfortable and nice, breakfast was one of the better breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel. Indoor pool, it was heated and kept very clean. I've paid twice as much elsewhere for half the satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our recent stay here. Easy to find, staff extremely helpful, rooms very well appointed. Comfy beds and good breakfast. Can't find any complaints! Reasonable price too! Didn't have a chance to try the indoor pool but looked inviting!

I stay in Marriott Properties usually about 90 nights per year, and that's a lot of Fairfield Inns, Courtyards, Residence Inns, and Marriott Hotels.

This "new" Fairfield Inn & Suites--about three years old--is probably the neatest, most spacious Fairfield Inn I've ever visited.

Completely equipped with INDOOR swimming pool, exercise room, hot breakfast and spacious rooms in Elvis's hometown is great for all year travel. I'd recommend it for business travel, family travel, or a couple's getaway.

It's close to shopping and restaurants and nearby major highways, whether you're going to Memphis or Birmingham--or South to Meridian or Jackson, MS.

I actually had a meeting to attend in Oxford, but decided to stay here--less than an hour away--and am glad I did.

The front desk clerk, Selena, was most helpful in directing me to the property.

A WONDERFUL, relaxing stay!

Room Tip: Top floor--4th floor--suites are wonderful. My room looked like I was the first to ever stay there!

Platinum Elite Marriott Rewards member. One of the cleanest, friendliest Marriott properties I've been at in a long time. Stayed here as a mid point on a journey from Charlotte to duck hunt in Arkansas. My reservation was a little jacked up, my fault probably but it was no worry as Ms. Evelyn Barnes the GM and her gracious front desk attendant Celina were more than accommodating in making it work. Very well trained, attentive and accommodating employees represent the Marriot brand well. The property is very new and right across highway 45 is a Mall with plenty of dining options. TA reviews of Blue Ocean are very promising, we ordered delivery from Vanelli's a local pizza joint, great pie and greek salad. Pool and work out areas were clean and the style lobby was very welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again. Parking lot was very well lit and they let me park my rig under the portico as I had several $$ of gear for hunting in it. Super team in place here!! The breakfast is standard free hotel fare.

Room Tip: The hotels sits perpendicular to hwy 45 so the best option is ask for the odd numbered side for room...
