Recent business trip to Oxford nd stayed at this hotel for three nights. The rooms were clean and it had its own small kitchen area with all needs catered for. Bathroom spotless and bed comfortable. Only thing I could quite work out was the air con. It was in a good location with various restaurants round about. I as very taken with the three Lions in huge glass cases in the reception area. Rather unusal but a great talking point. (I though they should have names and joked with the receptionist about calling them Hamish Morag and Rhona)
Good varied buffet choice for breakfast that was regularly topped up. They had a gym and pool which I didnt use but the small business centre was great for printing off my flight boarding pass. Wifi was available too.
I would have to give a special mention to the reception staff and in particular 'Libby' what a lovely wee lassie. So kind helpful and genuinely interested in the needs of guests. Provided information and helped arrange a dry cleaner quickly for me when I had red wine spilt in a new blouse. I would suggest this young lady is management material to her bosses. I also liked the house keeping staff what a cheer bunch of ladies. I will be back to this area again for work and I would most certainly use this hotel again. Thanks folks for an enjoyable stay.

My husband and I stayed here one night while we were in town attending a concert. He had stayed here before on two occasions while on business, but this was my first time in Oxford. We try to pick Hamptons when traveling because they are usually clean and quiet, and this one is no exception. The staff was polite and accommodating, the hotel is close to Ole Miss, and my husband loved the hot tub! If we return to Oxford, we will stay here again. I didn't give the stay an "Excellent" rating because like many of the other reviewers, I think that it's a bit overpriced.

I enjoyed staying at the Hampton Inn. In the immediate vacinity of the hotel, there are tons of restaurants i.e. Huddle House, Applebees, fast food joints, strip malls, and great Oxford t-shirt shopping at Rebel Rags. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the Ole Miss Campus. My room was clean, nice, & simple. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic! They had just about everything you could possibly desire - even old fashioned hot oatmeal made fresh and belguim waffles. The area is in the heart of strip malls but it's pretty close to Campus and a short drive from beautiful Oxford Square.

Stayed here not knowing a thing about Oxford. Lucked out. Clean, newer, free breakfast and close to campus. In the "chain store" part of Oxford, which is good for food and ammenities, but not very charming. I will stay here again if son picks Ole Miss. Compared to California prices, it was resonable...but reading other comments, probably priced high for area. Very nice staff, nice workout room, standard free breakfast.

Good hotel and close to everything in Oxford. Hotel is a bit pricey and they often do not offer a AAA discount which most other Hampton Inns do. We've stayed at Hampton Inns all over the U.S. and this is one of the most expensive ones we have stayed at- and it is not in a resort area.

We have stayed at this hotel before. It is a good hotel- a bit pricey even for Hampton Inns. It has a great and friendly staff but on this visit we noticed that the breakfast was lacking. The eggs- well they must have been powdered because they were not good and the bagels were old and musty smelling.
