Stayed at hotel for a concert at Snowden Amphitheater. About 10 minutes away. Hotel was clean and quiet. Coffee and tea in lobby were good. Hotel is right of the highway. I would stay here again. No problems at all. Cheaper than staying in Southhaven.

In April on a 5 day trip from Arkansas to Jacksonville FL and back, my wife and I stayed in 3 different Hampton Inns. The best was the one in Olive Branch, Mississippi, just south of Memphis. The price and value was excellent, we were greeted like old friends, the room was quiet and clean, and the breakfast was as good as a free breakfast gets in a hotel. I am a Silver Club Member of Hilton and have been a Platinum member of Marriott, so I have stayed in one heck of a lot of hotels in my lifetime. We encountered no problems in the Hampton Inn in Olive Branch, were treated with courtesy and respect, and were made to feel that the desk staff actually appreciate our being there. This place avoids the traffi8c mess that is Memphis, so I'd recommend anyone stay here if traveling through Memphis at the right time to need a hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms are quieter on the south side, but it is really not a problem - you are not on a highway, and there are few trucks on the road.

I come to Memphis on a regular basis on business and my colleagues and I always stay at this place. The staff is super friendly and make you feel welcome. Can't beat the value and service for the price.

Came in town for a reunion. This was a great hotel with friendly staff, great breakfast and wonderful location! Lots of stores and restaurants nearby! The room was nice except we found someone's sock under the AC. AC was ok, but the desk blocked it.

I've stayed a hundred Hampton Inns and this one is just like all the other really good ones. The staff was a little overly enthusiastic but that's not something to complain about. The price is a big higher than other Hamptons but we were traveling with kids and needed something physical for them to do between two 10 hour legs of driving.
