We finally got a chance to eat at a Cork'y BBQ while in Memphis and decided to stop at this location while driving by on our way to Tupelo. We were greeted by a smiling face, and waited on right away. We ordered the sausage and cheese plate, which was excellent... The best sausage we've ever had smothered in BBQ sauce. We also ordered the dry ribs for two, I have to admit that they weren't the best, but were still very good. The twice baked potato salad was delicious as was the banana pudding I got to-go. The restaurant was very clean and well decorated with cool local folk art.
