The whole idea behind panko breading is so that the meat can be lightly fried and be crispy. There is no need to fry it to a deep golden brown, but that is what we got--dry stringy pork. We hoped the sauce would help, but none of the three sauces that they served had any flavor. A description that included "vegetables", which one would likely assume to be lightly stir fried veggies, were instead cold, weirdly flavored unidentifiable but brightly colored tasteless crunchy somethings. The sushi rolls were passable, but the several menu items we ordered were just plain awful.
