The first problem was with check in and they wouldnt accept coupons from trip saver booklets- I should have known it was a bait and switch then but my son wanted to stay, so we did. We went to the outside pool, which was filled with not just bugs and gnats, but this pool had frogs! Ridiculous. The towels were thread bare in the room, the lighting did not work well and the rooms were dingy. There were bugs on the floors in the bathroom and in the business centers- I know it's summer but this was ridiculous. When I went to take a shower in the morning, there was hair in the tub! I didn't notice this until the morning. The breakfast selections were very slim and the choices were poor and almost all gone. No replacements were made or offered. When I told the manager about this, he did little to fix this, offered no refund and gave me a huge runaround about the owner never comes, and he can't reach the owner. He lies about what goes on here. Please, avoid this place. If a real owner did own this place, he would try to fix this- this manager (Peter Patel he said his name is) did not and all he was worried about was giving back money. STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DISPLEASURE- I WOULD PERSONALLY SPEAK TO ANYONE ABOUT THIS PLACE IF THEY WOULD WISH TO EMAIL
