Not withstanding the smoke wafting through the air at both the Gulfport and Ocean Springs locations, there is absolutely no smoke in any of the meat. The macaroni salad is gummy, and the collard greens come from a can. Come on, this is Mississippi. The only redeeming feature is the sauce, but I don't think it's a family recipe. The owners should stick to creating a fun atmosphere, and let someone else develop the recipes and cook the food. Yuk!
