Old fashion southern cooking with great service. The chicken and dumplings were the best I've eaten in more years than I can remember. Sorry I didn't order a take out. Veggies were canned but seasoned perfectly with pork. Condiments included hot sauce and pepper vinegar which added that home cooked flair. Country fried steak with milk gravy and the creamed potatoes were equally memorable. Very busy with a hustling and friendly wait staff. Really reminded me of home in eastern NC.
