“Poor version of Cracker Barrel - not their best location.”
Reviewed February 8, 2014

The biscuits were not up to par with other Cracker Barrels. Service was kind of slow for an early morning when not many people were there.

“Good food at reasonable prices.”
Reviewed January 9, 2014

The food at Cracker Barrel is consistently good. My husband had prime rib which was tender and tasty. However, our young waitress needed more training.

“Awful service--”
Reviewed November 26, 2013

We walked to the Cracker Barrel from a nearby motel. We were seated and given menus. We waited 15 minutes and finally someone asked if we'd placed our drink orders. We had not, so we asked for water. And we waited, and waited. No one brought our waters, or came to take our orders. After another 10 minutes of being totally ignored, we walked out. Don't waste your time. Cracker Barrel either needs to hire more wait staff, or close their doors.

“Dinner”
Reviewed October 24, 2013 via mobile

We arrived at the restaurant very tired from a day of driving. The food was typical--Pecan Crusted Catfish with marmalade -- skip it. Odd to have jam flavor on fish. Grits were watery; veggie bland.

My husband had turkey and dressing which he says was average.

The restrooms were dirty; and service very slow. The worst part about this restaurant is location. Try and drive to it! We had a very difficult time getting TO the restaurant--not easy on or off I-20. I recommend skipping it all together!

“Just like the rest”
Reviewed September 18, 2013

Nothing wrong with Cracker Barrels. We ate at six of them on a two week trip, and enjoyed them all. Meals ranged from trout to a smokehouse breakfast to a veggie plate to a salad plate. All were tasty and filling and there was no problem making changes to the menu offerings to fit a personal taste. Of course we'll eat at one again soon.

The bad: I'm becoming mobility-impaied, and the walk from the parking lot to the back of the store dining room entrance gets more and more painful as I age. My knees and lower back may not be able to make many more visits. And really, a shorter walk will not keep my wife from spending money in the store department. Can they add a disabled shortcut to aid the increasingly aging clientele? Let's hope...
