I have taken my grandchildren many times since they have been open & will be back many more. Lots of fun for all ages & a great place to spend the day out of the heat. The water play area out front is a added benefit also, only wish it was larger. The healthy sancks & food offerings good & well priced.

Great children's museum, worth the trip from the New Orleans area if you spend the night. Short on bathrooms, esp those with changing tables, and the food selection was terrible. Definitely pack your own lunch/snacks.

Very new, clean and spacious children's museum. Certainly worth the 1.5 hour drive once a school year. My kids ages 2-8 were thoroughly entertained. Not sure how much of the educational aspect they caught from each exhibit before they ran to the next area. We had a great morning with most exhibits entirely to ourselves. The park where the museum is located was great for a lunch before heading over to the science museum.

It was VERY busy, but we were still able to enjoy ourselves. Lots of seating/benches for the parents. The food is decent, and they don't offer soda which is great--only juice, milk, water, etc. They have healthy options. My son LOVED it, and he was very sad when we told him we had to go--after spending 3 hours there. Plenty of activities and it looks like they have a lot of events going on. Worth the time/money.

We visited the Children's Museum while visiting relatives in MS, the kids loved it. They had many interesting areas for children to explore and play. Wish we had one of these back home would def have a membership to it. My 5 yr old neice didn't want to leave she "loved" it. The staff is always available as well and keeping everything very organized. This is worth a visit too.
