Stayed at hotel thursday night and booked hotel for Friday night and Saturday night. Paid for all nights with American Express Card.Left a note friday morning for maid to clean our room and left for the day. Returned that night about 9 oclock to find that our key did not work. The hotel had given our room to someone else and they had moved in right on top of our things. The hotel made us remove our things even though we were paid up and had reserved the room and left our things in the room. The new guest had just moved our things over and used the beds, showers etc. What a nightmare.All our luggage was gone through .The new guess totally trashed this room with our things still in it.Things were stolen from our luggage and the Hotel would not pay for them even though it was their fault. Manager was rude, uncareing, and arrogant. This is a horrible Hotel with untrained staff and management . We feel like we were burglerized ,and violated and nobody cared. When I called the corporate office to complain, we were told that there was nothing they could do because it was a franchise. Corporate said basically all they do is answer the phone and refer you back to the Hotel.Horrible Hotel , Management, and Staff.
