My wife and I went to the Gulf Island Water Park and had a great time. The park is smaller, but just the right size to enjoy the day. We rode all of the water slides and really felt young again. The lines moved quickly and the day was very enjoyable.

Good place to take the family. Too bad the weather chased us out we could have spent the whole day there.

Big enough to really enjoy and small enough not to lose one another without even having a cell phone. Love the fact that most of the big slides are kid/family friendly meaning the "in between's" can have a great time. Recommend for ages 4-12 mostly. My teens enjoyed, but didn't quite find the slides as thrilling as some other water parks. However, my little ones/ 5&6 could finally ride the big slides since you don't have to be 48". They were in heaven!!

We were there July 5th for Autism Awareness Day. Many families with a family member on the Autism Spectrum were their celebrating life and family. The park is clean and well maintiained.
The new racer water slide is so cool. My son and his friends did it 12 times. I love floating in the lazy river. They offer plenty of chairs and covered areas. The food is always good and the smell of the burgers on the grill is so awsome.
