I'm an avid outdoors person and love to fish. I accidentally fpund this town while on a work contract for couple Months. The fishing is sooo good here i encountered 3 professional tournaments (Major names we would all recognize on TV). The lake is actually 'flood control' and the water level is maintained by Corps of Engineers. It is quite low, until around late February each year (when rain season returns). But there is still good fishing IF you're able to get access to fishing spots, or else, chose to go fishing from shore on the West side of the 'spillway' on Hwy 333 a little past the 333 restaurant (that is an awesome place to eat). Thete are several campgrounds around each side of the lake and many Landmarks related to the old Plantation lifestyle and also Civil War monuments too.
