My husband and myself stayed at this location October 19th-we were in town for a funeral. The hotel is disgusting, no hot water, lots of spiders and other outside bugs. The hotel was very busy due to a Hot Tamale Festival-so many request could not be fulfilled (such as a room change, request for additional towels). We left after being at the hotel for just a few hours.

The entire hotel needs a supreme makeover. I have stayed here probably a dozen times because it is at least reasonably priced and relatively safe. It's simply somewhere to sleep overnight. Without fail, each room I get has broken fixtures, furnishings, etc., including once even drapes that looked like cats had clawed their way through. Upon occupying your room, it's not a question of "if" something will be broken, but instead, one of how many things will be broken. As other reviewers have stated, it is relatively quiet. The staff is hit-or-miss, occasionally super friendly and helpful and other times inept. I stay only because the economy. In a word, it's very run-down.

Room Tip: internet here is unreliable. Ask to be placed close to elevators or first floor for best chance of...

This hotel was not as bad as I thought it would be.. Very friendly staff and they are in the process of remodeling the hotel.. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Rodeway Inn and Greenville Ms. The Casino was in walking distance and it was very quiet in that area.. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again..

This was one of the most FILTHIEST smelly and down right worst ever, there were 31 of us in town for the Delta Blues Fest. everyone in our party had a problem with there rooms, I was in room 308 there was mildew in the window seals on the walls Fleas and spiders the water was BROWN NASTY.The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable (glad i had my own sheets and bath towels) .. I had to set off 2 defoggers in the room to elimate the fleas and spider.
A group of us was sitting in the dining area on sat night and the ceiling started leaking water like it was raining The staff was informed of the leak 15 min. later they set trash cans and buckets under the rain fall but never even attempted to get the puddle of water up on the floor.
I have call the Choice hotels corp. office and was told i would get a call back with in 72 hours.. it 2 weeks later andi still have not reveived a call. I was also told I was sent a letter on 9/19/12 i have not received that either. If this is how Choice operates it's hotels I will NEVER STAY IN ANY HOTEL THEY OPERATE AGAIN... Stick a fork in me because I'm DONE.

First of all the room smelt like mildew...& to the right of the bed the floor was sopping wet, the clerk said they had previously shampood floors....no microwave... Ive stayed n much nicer hotels for the same rate i paid for this 1... Wifi was not working... Staff was friendly... But like i said it is close to bars so if ur drinking it would be a close spot to stay to not have to drive drunk!

A two-night visit at this hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The accommodations are not fancy, but the efficient and courteous staff plus the full breakfast make this a good place to stay. There is a swimming pool. As other reviewers have said, it's close to one casino and easy driving distance from another. I would definitely consider booking a room here in the future.

Stayed 3 nights. was placed in handicap room, which i didn't mind b/c it saved having to use any elevator. Shower was broken and literally about to fall out of the wall. This made entire bathroom floor soaked when using shower. Asked staff for more towels - They actually went into 3 vacant rooms before they could come up with ONE washrag, NO towels. The bathroom door is almost unusable, presumably from prior water running out of bathroom onto carpet (door drags on carpet so that no handicapped person could ever find strength to close it). I reserved the room online, only to be told "we have a record that you paid cash for the first night, so we need payment for tonight." (i did NOT pay cash, reserved online with credit card). I travel extensively with my job, and in 20 years of staying in hotels, i've never been so disappointed. Facility in poor repair and staff terribly unfriendly and inept.
