Not a place to eat if you care about your coronary arteries. All is fried; tasty, but fried. Big portions. A local favorite in a state with the highest obesity rate in the country.
Enough said.

“Can't beat the prices”
Reviewed September 3, 2010

Obviously a locals hangout- lots of people greeting each other by name. Staff was friendly, service efficient. Being a vegetarian, I don't have a lot of options sometimes in the south. I had a veggie omlette, came with toast. Omlette was good, my only issue is that it was prepared with "fake" cheese (cheeze-whiz type) rather than even just a sprinkling of real cheese. It tasted good, and the price was right (downright cheap). The other food being served at other tables that was or contained meat looked good and what they seemed to be getting on their plate for the price on the menu was a good deal. One nice thing is that like any good diner, they serve breakfast all day. I would recommend this restaurant for a quick, filling meal that doesn't break the bank.

“Best "home cooked" meal I've had in years.”
Reviewed August 31, 2010

This is a truly incredible find! I was traveling to Shiloh, TN (site of an large civil war battle) and did a little research on places to eat in the Corinth, MS area. I hit a gold mine. The food is superb and the prices are unbelievably low! Breakfast is served all day and there is a "Blue Plate" lunch special which changes every day. On the day we were there the available lunch special items were: Turkey and dressing, baked ham and fried chicken. In addition, it included three side items. You had about seven choices for those including: potato salad, green beans, creamed potatoes, fruit salad. corn and fried okra. You also had your choice of biscuits or cornbread. Total cost? $6.50! Where I live that's less than the tip. There is also a full menu of items if you don't want the special. They also can be had at low prices. If you're within 50 miles of Martha's Menu, make the trip. It's well worth it!

“Best in the South”
Reviewed August 11, 2010

Martha's is my favorite restaurant in the south. The food is absolutely wonderful. They always have good, fresh vegetables that always have a good flavor. If you like good, southern, down-home cooking, Martha's Menu is Number 1 in my book!
