Terrible experience with staff. Was spoken to with such a negative voice inflection and treated like a child. I felt chastised and like anything but a valued customer!! I was quite taken aback at how I was treated so much so that my jaw dropped to the floor and I really had no response. Pitiful! In this case, the customer was told in plain, emphatic words that she was wrong! Not sure what happened to "rule number 1" but it is not applicable at J. Broussard's.
