We were on a road trip and stopped for the night just off of I-10 in Canton, MS. It was about 8:30 pm on a Tuesday. We were hungry but didn't expect much more than a fast food meal. The hotel clerk recommended Two Rivers. It was close so we gave it a try. The wine list was adequate. I tried the fried green tomato appetizer and was not disappointed. It was fantastic. For entres I choose stuffed gulf shrimp, sauteed mushrooms, and habanero grits. The shrimp were stuffed with crabmeat then wrapped in bacon and grilled--absolutely wonderful. My husband ordered a steak and really liked it as well. It is well worth the time to make dinner at Two Rivers a part if your trip.
